I'm probably terribly off base here, but reading the FTR booklet, it appears to me that the man under the hood's statement of "Payback is a bitch!" is directed at Screwjob after Vacant's attack, not at Vacant. In fact, I can't help thinking that Screwjob is really Swerve.

I think it's Psyclone, but we'll see.

I think it's Psyclone, but we'll see. There was only one person who used that catch phrase. The devil is in the details, IMO.

In fact, I can't help thinking that Screwjob is really Swerve. That was the first impression I got. But reading the rest I think the idea is it was like more a command or suggestion to Screwjob than to Vacant. The last part seems very likely.

Swarm, thank you for your hard work on crafting the world of FTR! Super psyched to get things going with it! I am just as psyched to hear what our FTR fans think and read the results of feds using all the new cards. Always a fun and anxious time. Keep an eye out for that FTR Screwjob podcast coming soon. Sam, Todd and I recorded it last night. Maybe some extra insight on Screwjob and others in it. ;-) LOVED the write up and the characters. Of course, I use cards in a way that has moved from cannon quite a bit, but I have some great ideas for using them. Well great to me. Hopefully others enjoy them too. But the story that is unfolding in FTR is gold. Gold Jerry, gold.

I told Rob and I’ll say it here, I think the FTR Suspect Storyline is one of the best in the history of COTG. Swerve was the obvious answer and the logical answer. Just like old school wrestling and FTR, a Swerve isn’t always needed. But look what Swerve became, Screwjob. Even now people don't think its Swerve and thats what makes it great IMO. I could be wrong on the identity of Screwjob but I believe we’ve been conditioned to always look for the swerve, but we’re not looking at it being Swerve! But his name makes it a Swerve. Maybe I’m reading to deep into it. I love Forge. I could imagine the old school WWF style vignettes in my head as his life’s work suddenly becomes his purpose. The Animen Fly segment was great, then on top of that we got Artic Empire, Moonlight and Witch. The brewing beef within the Rocketmen camp. In the words of Vince, “This is such good shit!”

If we had not seen Swerve unmasked, I would say that Swerve, Blue Chip and Screwjob were all the same person. My money is now on that Blue Chip and Swerve are Man in the Hood and Screwjob. That or Screwjob is just two of the Little Rascals, one on top of the other.

I sort of feel it's like the Scream thing, where it's not just one guy behind the mask. We shall see.....

Isn't Blue Chip in Kronos as True Blue? Or is that a Blue Chip from a different timeline?
