For those who have it or who have used it, what are your thoughts about the Nintendo Switch?
In your opinion, what are the pros and cons of the Nintendo Switch?
Looking for some feedback as I am thinking about getting one.

I have had mine for several years now. I only use it in docked mode to the TV screen. I enjoy my Nintendo Switch, as I am a casual gamer now and has some really good games on there. They have sales every week on games, so I try to wait for those sales on indie games.
If your looking for something with modern graphics then the Switch won't be for you.

I like mine well enough. Mine is a pure handheld. Looking to get a second next year so we can do pokemon trades between the two systems.

Really depends on the type of games. If you mostly want to play major sports games or first person shooters, then switch isn't the right system for you.
If you lean towards the Nintendo type titles and more casual fun games then its a great option, especially since I know you travel a bunch.

I think I am definitely getting a Switch as I found out that in addition to the current games they have alot of the Nintendo classics on Switch and also for nostalgia games I used to play alot in the arcade such as Rolling Thunder (that was in the bowling alley across the street from where I went to elementary school) and Sunset Riders in the Arcade Archives.
I will get my Switch before I fly to Germany in December.

I recently did purchase a Switch and I plan to take it with me when I travel to Germany next month.
So far I have the following games:
Mario Kart Deluxe (it was downloaded on the Switch)
LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga (all 9 movies)
NBA 2K23
FIFA 23 Legacy Edition (I ordered it for $19 in a Cyber Monday deal, it will arrive later this week)
and online games (the purchase included a 3 free month online membership)
I am also definitely going to get AEW: Fight Forever for my new Switch once that game is released next month.

I am also definitely going to get AEW: Fight Forever for my new Switch once that game is released next month. I dont really play video games any more, but I am enticed to pick this up and give it a shot. My daughter doesnt use her switch much, so I can probably use hers.

It looks like AEW's video game release date has been pushed back from next month to early 2023. That is too bad, I was looking forward to playing it over my Winter break.
