My first ROH show I attended... I was HOOKED! There was MANY more to follow. Christopher Daniels became one of my all time favorites that night.
West Mifflin, PA 04/26/2003
ROUND ROBIN II
Christopher Daniels defeated Amazing Red The Second City Saints (Colt Cabana & Ace Steel) defeated Da Hit Squad (Dan Maff & Monsta Mack) The SAT (Jose & Joel Maximo) defeated the Ring Crew Express (Dunn & Marcos), Special K (Hydro & Brian XL) and EZ Money & Sterling James Keenan in a Tag Team Scramble match Homicide defeated CM Punk to win the Number One Contender’s Trophy The Carnage Crew (HC Loc, Tony DeVito & Masada) defeated the Texas Wrestling Academy (Don Juan, Fast Eddie & Hotstuff Hernandez) in a Fight Without Honor Paul London defeated Amazing Red Alexis Laree defeated Persephone Matt Stryker defeated BJ Whitmer, Chad Collyer, Donovan Morgan and Michael Shane Christopher Daniels defeated Paul London Samoa Joe defeated Doug Williams to retain the ROH Championship
This was the first time I ever saw CM Punk and I was unimpressed. He came in and sat down in the corner, I even said to my friend - "Who is this Raven wannabe?"

Ha ha. Thanks for the reminder Zeke. I was thinking I went to one but I thought it was at that disaster convention at the Cow Palace. I googled it and realized that that wasn’t it. But it was another convention. Good to know I’m not as lame as I thought I was. Toasterboy you are definitely not lame at all as you are one of my best friends! Thanks friend!

So far I have listened to about the first half of this episode. I did watch on Fite that Revolver show that Chad attended. As mentioned on the podcast, I watched it until the FSW show I was at started- I exchanged some text messages with Chad while watching this show- and I then caught the rest of the show later.
To answer Chad's question, Caleb Konley (aka in Impact as Kaleb with a K) was the winner of the scramble match.
From what I recall, I especially liked Alex Zayne vs Ace Austin, the scramble, and the deathmatch between Alex Colon and Jake Crist. I can't recall ever seeing anything like where Rich Swann could not get the belt untied at the top of the ladder and they had to bring him not just one but two different things to cut the rope before he could finally free the belt.
On that show, in addition of course to the wrestlers who already have cards, there are at least 2 great names also signed to the game and I think they will both get Indy cards no later than 2022.
Revolver was actually going to do a show here in Las Vegas at Sam's Town back in May 2020 the night before Double or Nothing 2020 as that was around the time that Zachary Wentz was going to marry Kimber Lee here in Las Vegas. It was going to be an FSW vs Revolver show with FSW wrestlers such as Alexander Hammerstone, Chris Bey, Sefa Fatu, Lacey Ryan, etc taking on Revolver wrestlers and I even bought an advance front row seat to the show which I later received FSW credit for after that Revolver show was cancelled due to the pandemic.
I just started listening to the ROH discussion in my truck when I stopped because I got to my destination. I will finish listening to this podcast and probably give some more thoughts later this week.

Listening to the back half on way to work (Listen to cornette when it comes out sorry lol) but it's so weird when you guys talk about shows I've been to lol.
I actually went to all four ilio Dipaolo shows and try to come to all shows that come to the area. I've seen ROH (also Buffalo and that second show Tim described sounds familiar), I saw TNA (it was at a galacticon so a Jamestown arena), just saw AEW, saw multiple WWE stuff and WCW. I went to all four ilio Dipaolo shows which I thought were really good.
I never technically saw ECW and I say that cause I did see a smackdown taping where they also taped an ECW show. It's weird but I can say I saw Christian as a WWE champion, ECW champion and Impact champion lol.
I think my favorite memory from a show is sitting on an end of row while watching an amazing Eddy Guerrero promo in the ring. Then a guy taps me on the shoulder and I hear a voice go excuse me friend and then Rey Mysterio ran past me and into the ring during the whole dominik angle.

I never technically saw ECW and I say that cause I did see a smackdown taping where they also taped an ECW show. I almost went to the first ECW TNN TV taping in Toledo in '99 but didn't end up going. If I remember correctly, they didn't end up using the footage from that show anyway. But like you, LAWraith, I only went to WWE's version of ECW at an ECW/SmackDown taping in Omaha with Chad Olson in 2007.
