I use a program called Scrivener. It is meant for authors to write novels but I use it to keep my Filsinger Games feds organized. I included a photo to show what it looks like. You can see I have section for the show write ups, title histories and any other information I want to have in it. It keeps everything together and I can go back and forth between documents in this. It does cost some coin though - I think I paid 40 bucks - but it's a really good way to keep stuff together. I just thought I'd share.

I’ve used scrivener for years as a writing tool but never thought to use it this way. Great idea. May give it a shot. Would make it super easy to format into a book afterwards. Thanks Lee!

Years ago I used to track my champions using the Windows "Index Card" application. I had years of them stored on it...then, yeah, the index card application was discontinued...
This kinds reminds me of that...
