Any themed legends set is released .Do you put all the same cards in one fed ? Or split them up into various feds ?

So I run one federation and play out various timelines. For example I think I'm in 1960, 1994, 2137 and 2209. When I get a new set I look at my timeline spreadsheet and see where I want to put people.
With the current Memphis set being announced I have my 1960 fed on hold because I plan to drop many of the Memphis wrestlers in the 70s.
When I get played through the 70s my options will be a little more limited but my timeline spreadsheet kind of helps with the flow of wrestlers into my fed and helps spread them out a bit.

I just put people where I need them though most of these will end up in my new Mid America promotion.
