Card #5: THANKSGIVING DAY SHOW Nov. 25th at the LA Forum in Los Angeles, CA The show opens with Gordon Solie coming out to wish everyone a happy Thanksgiving, and to announce the card for today’s show, including WORLD TITLE MATCH that will take place in a Texas Deathmatch with no disqualifications and no time limits.Harley Race w/Heenan vs Bob RoopThis match was a quick on, with Harley Race taking control early and never really giving it up. Roop tried a brief comeback but Race countered intoa piledriver for the quick pin. Winner: Harley RaceTed Dibiase and RODDY PIPER vs Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard (w/ Dillon)The crowd goes nuts to learn that the mystery partner is none other than “Rowdy” Roddy Pipper. DiBiase and Piper go wild to start the match, with it settling into a competitive back and forth match. Piper eventually takes control and nails Tully with a power slam but Tully rolls out of the ring. Piper follows and when he does, JJ Dillon sneaks in and nails Dibiase from behind. Barry Windham then runs down and it turns into a 4 on 2 with the ref calling for the bell. The beat down continues to until officials intervene. Both Piper and DiBiase are helped to the back... Winner: DiBiase and Piper (via DQ)The PA announcer announced the sold out attendance to the crowd, then promoted the week’s events including a Lakers basketball game, and a weekend rock concert.Dr Death Steve Williams vs VaderThis match jumped straight to power moves when the opening bell sounded, with no feel out process. It seemed both men were trying to knock the other out right from the start. At one point, Vader would hit three successive Vader Bombs- with Dr Death kicking out of each one of them. Obviously hurt, Williams mounted a comeback and nailed a Doctor Bomb that Vader was just barely able to kick out of. After brawling around the ring, the action moved back between the ropes and Vader would hit a Released Power Bomb from that finally put the match away. After the match Vader went to offer a handshake as a sign of respect, with Williams staring at it but leaving the ring without returning the gesture. Winner: VaderRoad Warriors (W/ Ellering) vs Midnight Express (w/ Cornette)Jim Cornette made his presence felt early and often in this one, distracting the referee and keeping the Road Warriors off guard all match. The Road Warriors would even hit their Doosday Device but Cornette distracted the official and slip what appeared to be brass knuckles to Rob Condrey. Condrey would nail Animal and cover for the pin… but Hawk would break up the pin! Bloodied and completely out of sorts, the MNE would corner Animal and hit the Rocket Launcher, keeping Hawk away this time and picking up the very controversial pin. Winner: Midnight ExpressAfter the match Gordon Solie would come out and announce that the next show would take place in San Diego and kick off a huge tag team tournament to determine the inaugural West Coast Pro Wrestling World Champions. Full Brackets would be announced soon, but with that win the Midnight Express would earn a first round bye!Andre the Giant vs King Kong BundyBoth men towered in the ring, with the ropes shaking at the stress of all the weight. Big exchanges to kick off the match, with Bundy winning a brief advantage and getting a running clothesline for a shocking early pin that Andre kicks out at 1 on. The Giant then trapped Bundy in a bear hug and wouldn’t let go, with the big man eventually passing out for the quick impressive victory. Winner: Andre the GiantWorld Championship Texas Deathmatch: Stan Hansen (c) vs Bruiser Brody A shockingly one sided rematch to their tournament final. Bruiser owned all the offense, beating Hansen bloody. The big Texan never quit, fighting back and trying to mount offense, only to be shut down every time. After kicking out of a slew of moves, A patent Brody Flying Knee knocked Hansen clean out, pinning the champ and giving no hope for him to answer the ten count. Winner: AAAAAAND NEEEEEEW CHAMPION Bruiser Brody!
As the crowd started filing out, the preliminary card for Bakersfield was announced...
Magnum TA vs Tully Blanchard (w/ JJ Dillon) Macho Man Randy Savage is in action We hear from the new champ, plus Roddy Piper and Ted DiBiase! First Round action from the Tag Team Tournament

Card #6: House Show December 1st at The Dome in Bakersfield, CA Gordon Solie came out to the ring to start the show, announcing the card for tonight, as well as the brackets for the upcoming West Coast Tag Team Championship Tournament. The participants:
Midnight Express (Bye) Tully Blanchard & Arn Anderson Road Warriors Rock N Roll Express British Bulldogs The Fantastics
The winner of tonight’s main even will get the second bye, with the finals scheduled to take place at the next Supercard Show scheduled for the day after Christmas- Dec 26th at the Cow Palace.[/i] Magnum TA vs Tully Blanchard Barry Windham (w/ JJ Dillon)JJ Dillon gets on the mic before the match and announces that since Arn and Tully will be competing in the main event, this match will now be Magnum TA vs Barry Windham. Tons of distraction in this one, with Arn and Tully coming to ringside at one point to break up a potential pin before getting ejected from ringside, JJ Dillon made his presence felt as well, but Magnum shook all that off and nailed a belly to belly suplex for the win… After the match Arn and Tully snuck back to the ring and a four on one assault took place. Both Ted Dibiase and Roddy Piper came out to make the save, but Windham and Dillon held them off long enough for Arn and Tull to nail Magnum TA with a spike piledriver, before all four men high tailed it out of the ring. Magnum was forced to be stretchered out of the building... Winner: Magnum TABill Apter comes out to the ring and interviews Roddy Piper and Ted DiBiase. Piper gives an animated promo calling out JJ Dillon and his “pack of dogs” that refuse to face him straight up like a man, and instead sneak attack people- jeopardizing careers like that of Magnum TA. Then Dibiase steps forward and specifically calls out Barry Windham, challenging him to a match at the next card. Windham, with Dillon, walk back out toward the ring and accept the match and everyone jaws back and forth with officials swarming around to ensure nothing happens...”Macho Man” Randy Savage vs Jimmy ValiantA surprisingly competitive match, with the action going back and forth- neither man able to secure control over the other. Eventually, Randy Savage built a little momentum as the “Boogey Woogey” man wore down, and a piledriver put this one away for another win for Savage. Winner: Randy SavageStan Hansen vs Bob RoopThe former champ took control early, but Roop, coming off a loss of his own, weathered the storm and fought back- taking control and dictating the pace of the match. But then things took an odd turn, as when Hansen rolled out of the ring to collect himself, Bob Roop came outside and nailed Hansen with a lead pipe- disqualifying himself as the crowd reigned down boos on him... Winner: Stan Hansen (via DQ)Bill Apter interviews the new World Champion, Bruiser Brody. Brody goes out of his way to praise Stan Hansen, his friend, on the toughness he showed in their match. Brody goes on to say he’ll be a fighting champion, and will welcome anyone the commission deems worthy for the next shot.
Bobby Heenan and Harley Race interrupt the interview before it can go any further- with Heenan claiming both Brody and Hansen are weak unworthy to be called world champion. His client has never been pinned, is the rightful top contender, and challenges Brody to a match for the belt on December 26th. Brody accepts the challenge!MAIN EVENT: Road Warriors (w/Ellering vs Anderson & Blanchard (W/Dillon)An epic tag team match that saw the Road Warriors dominate early, imposing their power advantage and cutting off any offense Tully and Arn could put up. But the Road Warriors just couldn’t find a way to put the match away, and with their opponents hanging around the endurance factor seemed to catch up with them. Eventually, it was a Tully Blanchard rollup of Hawk- using both the tights and the ropes- that secured them the win and first round bye in the tournament. Winner: Tully Blanchard & Arn AndersonAs the crowd started filing out, the preliminary card for San Francisco at Kezar Pavilion was announced...
Vader vs Curt Hennig First Round Tag Team Tournament: The Fantastics vs The Road Warriors First Round Tag Team Tournament: Rock N Roll Express vs The British Bulldogs MAIN EVENT: Ted DiBiase vs Barry Windham
Plus, we’ll get an update on Magnum TA’s health status and hear from “The Macho Man” Randy Savage, JJ Dillon, and Bob Roop

To anyone checking this out thanks for following along, sorry I took a break for a bit. Funny thing happened as I started plugging along with this fed- I got really invested in the game and greatly expanded my card collection- both with the official sets and an awesome selection of bootlegs that filled in gaps. This created a bit of dilemma- since now I had a far greater number of cards I wanted to use than a singe fed could handle.
So I'm refocusing how I want to do this, which means reshuffling my roster pretty significantly. And instead of trying to RP it into making sense, I'm just going to start clean and see how it goes from there. We'll call this fed a dry run into what will be a more permanent home for all my wrestle card tomfoolery (Including a fresh version of West Coast Pro Wrestling).
