Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to Chicago and The Show.

KC: And Happy Cinco de Mayo to our Mexican friends out there.

Gorilla Typhoon: We have an action-packed show for you ending in the main event where we will see a match that has been brewing for weeks now. Slashmaster has some issue with Warhawk and they will square off tonight. Let's go to the ring for our opening match.



Chet Skye vs Black and Blue Ninja Samurai Warrior

While making the introductions the ring announcer announces the Black and Blue Ninja Samurai Warrior being from "an undisclosed location in Parts Unknown". After the opening bell the Ninja Samurai Warrior is going thru some martial arts moves. While a nice display, Chet did not seem impressed. He hit a superkick and rolled Ninja Samurai Warrior up.

Winner: Chet Skye by pinfall. (*)


KC: That sure was not an impressive debut.

Gorilla Typhoon: At least he showed up unlike some people we have seen in RCW. Or not seen as the case maybe.

Jet Set Strutter: Whoooooooo. Who does this Lazer think he is? Calling me out? (Shows the watch on his wrist) You see this? This is a $15,000 Rolex watch. This suit I am wearing is a $3000 custom job. I ride in limos; I fly in private jets.

The Thinker: Meanwhile Lazer is flying commercial and taking taxis like all the other ham and eggers.

Jet Set Strutter: That's right. I'm high class, he's no class. There is a long list of guys waiting in line for a title shot. Guys like The Pirahna, Bug Buster, Rad Racer, Jobber Joe just to name a few. Then here comes along Lazer, trying to cut in line and get a shot before them Nuh uh, not on my watch pal. You want a shot at this? (Holds up the RCW World Championship belt) Get in line and EARN it.



The Thrashers vs Pumpkin Patch Kids w/Princess Starbright

Frightmare and Dizzy Lixx start the action. Frightmare hit a DDT then went to the top rope and took Dizzy out with a somersault dive. He then tagged Hallowicked in. Hallowicked wasted no time and after a couple moves to wear Dizzy down and finished him off with a Yakuza Kick.

Winner: Hallowicked via pinfall.


After the bell Cesar Sleaze was raging. He got in the ring and went toward Hallowicked. He was cut off by Princess Starbright who stood between the two men. She smiled and waved at Cesar. Suddenly the angry look on his face faded and he had a cheery smile. She turned around and led her men to the back as Dizzy asked Cesar what he was smiling about.

A video announcing that Six Million Pound man makes his in-ring debut next week.



Slashmaster w/Gothica and Keith Blood vs Warhawk w/Danger Zone

The monster was all over Warhawk. He beat him like a government mule. After a couple Hatchet Chops, he went for the kill with Slaughterhouse. That did the job and he got the win.

Winner: Slashmaster via pinfall. (*)


Slashmaster got up and kept attacking Warhawk. Danger Zone got in the ring and tried to stop him. That brought Keith Blood into the ring. As Danger Zone and Keith Blood exchanged blows Slashmaster moved Warhawk to the edge of the ring and went to the floor. He reached under the ring and pulled out a table. He set up the table and pulled Warhawk out of the ring and placed him on the table. Then he went and stood on the apron. Slashmaster jumped off the apron and hit a Slaughterhouse thru the table. Gothica ordered her monster to go help Keith Blood.

As the Shop of Horrors beat down on Danger Zone the strangest thing happened. Hammerhead came running out and started fighting with Keith Blood. The crowd was going wild as Hammerhead and Danger Zone fought off Shop of Horrors and sent them scrambling out of the ring. Gothica gathered her men and led them to the back. In the ring Danger Zone and Hammerhead just stared at each other than Hammerhead turned around and left. Danger Zone went to the floor to check on Warhawk as The Show ended.

Thoroughly enjoyed WTIC's Mike Tyson's Punch Out analogy...man did I love that game.

I like to think that The Six Million Pound Man looks like "King Hippo" myself.

5/12/81 Iowa City, IA - card #67



Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to Iowa City and The Show.

KC: I am excited for tonight's show Gorilla. We will be seeing the debut of Six Million Pound Man.

Gorilla Typhoon: So true and that match is now.



First out was Jobber Joe and T.A. Templeton. Then the entrance song "Moolah, Moolah, Moolah" plays and out comes Six Million Pound Man along with Lord Vincent Hendrix. When Six Million Pound Man and Lord Vincent Hendrix come down to the ring T.A. Templeton comes over and talks to Lord Vincent who looks up at Six Million Pound Man. He nods his approval at Lord Vincent who reaches into his coat and pulls out a stack of English Pounds and hands them to Templeton. T.A. get a huge smile on his face and is counting it as he heads back to Joe's corner. Jobber Joe asks him what that was about but T.A. waves him off. T.A. says, "I pretty, fool".


Six Million Pound Man w/Lord Vincent Hendrix vs Jobber Joe w/T.A. Templeton

Jobber Joe starts the match by trying to hit a left hook but Six Million moved and Joe missed by a mile. It took a couple minutes for Six Million to get going but once he did, he cruised to the win. He put a sleeper hold on Joe and Joe went to sleep.

Winner: Six Million Pound Man via submission. (*)


Lord Vincent Hendrix handed Six Million Pound Man a mic.

Six Million Pound Man: As expected that was an easy win for me. That hold is my finisher and I call it the American Dream. Because just like all you bloody, lazy Americans when my opponent is submerged in it they simply sleep. That is what you Americans do with your American dream. You simply sleep while the rest of the world do all the work and get things done. (The crowd is booing loudly and a few chant U S A ) This is the first step on my path to the RCW World Championship. It is just a matter of time, just like everyone has a price tag.

The All American Heroes (Danger Zone and Warhawk) are in the ring. Warhawk has his ribs wrapped due to being put thru a table last week.

Danger Zone: Last week Shop of Horrors attacked by buddy Warhawk. We will get them back but that is for later. For now, I want to talk about what else happened. That big Russian, Hammerhead, came down and helped chase them off. I did not properly thank him and Warhawk did not get the chance to so we want to do that now. Hammerhead, can you please come out and join us in the ring.

After a bit Hammerhead comes out. He starts to walk down the ramp and fans cheer causing him to stop. He looks around, seemingly a bit confused then continues down and gets in the ring.

Danger Zone: Thank you for joining us. I want to thank you for helping deal with Shop of Horrors last week. I really appreciate it. As does my tag partner Warhawk.

He offers his hand to Hammerhead for a handshake. Hammerhead looks at it for a bit. He looks like he is about to turn and leave then he hears the fans cheering him on and he looks around at the fans. He finally shakes Danger Zone's hand. Warhawk comes over and he shakes Hammerheads hand as the fans cheer. Hammerhead is about to leave when Warhawk puts his hand on Hammerhead's shoulder to stop him.

Danger Zone: Not so fast my friend. I know you have love for your home country Russia. But you are in America now. Maybe it is time to embrace your new home. Come on, join me. U S A. U S A. U S A.

There is a look of uncertainty on Hammerheads face. Then he gives it a go.

Hammerhead: U S S...I mean...U S S...sorry, let me try again...U S...A?

The crowd erupts with the loudest cheer of the night. Hammerhead gets a big smile on his face.

Hammerhead: U S A. U S A. U S A.

Danger Zone and Warhead joined in the U S A chant as did all the fans.



Gorilla Typhoon: What a special moment.

KC: Yes, but I guess Hammerhead will not be going back to Russia anytime soon. The USSR will consider him a traitor now.

Gorilla Typhoon: That is a good point.



Buzzsaw vs Colbalt Commander

Colbalt tried to get the jump on Buzzsaw but he just looked at Colbalt like he was out of his mind. Then Buzzsaw went to town on Colbalt. The first Combat Splash did not get the W but the second one did.

Winner: Buzzsaw by pinfall. (*)

Gorilla Typhoon: It is just about time for the main event. But first I have to pass on that next week The Show will be in St Paul, MN and our main event that night will be Pierre the Enormous & Star Boy defending their RCW Tag Team Championship. You do not want to miss The Show next week.



He-Beast the Barbarian vs Tennis Pro w/Valley Girl and Ball Boy

He-Beast had been off for a while in Hollywood filming a thing called a "music video". It is like a mini movie that ties into a song. He came down twirling his chair around over his head. Action went back and forth between the men for a while then Tennis Pro started rolling. He did a Tennis Racket Smash and covered He-Beast. He-Beast kicked out at two. Tennis Pro was livid. He got in the ref's face and was yelling, "You cannot be serious". That allowed He-Beast time to recover and he attacked Tennis Pro.

He-Beast tossed Tennis Pro out to the floor and the two men started brawling. They worked their way around the ring before entering it again. He-Beast could not keep the momentum, could it be ring rust, and soon Tennis Pro was in control again. He hit another Tennis Racket Smash but again He-Beast kicked out of the cover. Tennis Pro got mad and yelled at the ref but he learned from earlier, so he did not yell for too long before returning his attention to He-Beast. Soon they were back on the floor going wild and crazy. Tennis Pro grabbed a chair and threatened He-Beast. So, He-Beast grabbed his chain. It did not take long before they were swinging at each other, and the ref called for the bell.

Winner: None, double disqualification. (****)


Both men kept fighting as they worked their way to the back. Fans were going wild for the brawl. He-Beast would swing the chain and Tennis Pro blocked it with the chair. Tennis Pro hit He-Beast with the chair and He-Beast growls and wraps some of the chain around his hand. When Tennis Pro puts up the chair to use as a shield, He-Beast hits the chair with his chain wrapped fist, sending the chair into Tennis Pro's face. Then the two men disappear into the back still fighting and the show comes to its end.

5/19/81 St Paul, MN - card #68



Tennis Pro is pacing around The All Americans Club locker room cussing up a storm. He is mad about how the main event ended last week with the DDQ and brawling with He-Beast. He yells at Valley Girl for not being any help. Then he yells at Ball Boy. He yells at Valley Girl again and it looks like she might start crying. The All American Tag Team go to comfort her and Tennis Pro tells they they need to focus on tonight's main event and not the "little girl".



Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to St Paul and The Show. How does it feel being home or at least close to it KC?

KC: It is great Gorilla. Everywhere I went to today people came up to shake my hand and get a picture with me or an autograph. These are my people in the Land of 10.000 Lakes.

Gorilla Typhoon: If you can stop grinning for a bit, we need to get ready for our opening match. Hammerhead put himself into the friction between American Heroes and Shop of Horrors and he faces Keith Blood. That happens now.



Hammerhead vs Keith Blood w/Gothica

This match almost ended as soon as it began. The bell rang and Keith Blood walked up to the big Russian and was talking smack to him. Hammerhead simply swung an overhead right knocking Keith onto his back. Hammerhead covered and got a 2 1/2 before Keith kicked out. He could not keep his advantage as it is hard to keep a vampire down. Keith Blood controlled most of the action from there. He hit both of his finishers to weaken Hammerhead while Hammerhead could not hit either of his. A second Crucifix put Hammerhead away.

Winner: Keith Blood via pinfall. (**)

Chet Skye vs The Piranha

A one-sided affair as Chet used his speed to keep The Piranha on his heels. He rocked The Piranha with a pair of superkicks then finished him with a Fistdrop.

Dude Brohan: At Wrestle Bowl II I came up a little short and lost my title to that puffhead Jet Set Strutter. Well, no worries Dudemaniacs. I will be coming back soon and working my way back to having that title around my waist. I was born to be the World Champion and soon I will be it again. Dudeamania will be running wild in RCW.

He then does his surfer poses.



Before the main event starts the former RCW World Tag Team Champions, The Thrashers, come out to join Gorilla Typhoon and KC.

Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to the announcer's desk.

Cesar Sleaze: Let's get one thing straight Typhoon. We are here to scout the champs not chit chat. We have not been given a return title shot after they beat us for the titles and we are not gonna take it anymore.

Dizzy Lixx says nothing but just taps his drumsticks as he plays air drums.

After both teams come down and the ring announcer starts announcing the teams, the Road Demolition come out and stand on the stage to watch the action.



Pierre the Enormous & Star Boy vs The All Americans Tag Team w/Valley Girl Ball Boy for the RCW Tag Team Championship.

Star Boy started and quickly found himself in trouble. The All Americans kept fresh with frequent tags as they worked him over. Finally he avoided a clothesline and made a much-needed tag. Pierre came in and Dasher Hatfield looked a bit nervous. He tried an arm drag which was a big mistake. Or an Enormous mistake even. Pierre beat on him. He hit his finisher and it looked like the match was over but Dasher got his leg on the bottom rope to save him. The camera shot goes to the back where the Pumpkin Patch Kids and Princess Starbright are watching the match on a monitor.

A bit later Dasher made the hot tag and Sugar Dunkerton came in. He did not have much look either. When The All Americans double teamed Pierre, they got a big of success. Pierre worked Sugar over then tagged Star Boy. Today it seemed Star Boy was off his game. He could not get much going beyond flying head scissors. Each team made a few tags as they desperately tried to get something going. Any time one wrestler got some offense going the other team would counter things. The All Americans hit their tag finisher on Star Boy. Pierre tried to make the save but even though he was too slow it was not needed as Star Boy kicked out before three. Finally, a bit later Pierre was near the ropes and Ball Boy tried to grab his leg. Pierre grabbed Sugar Dunkerton and tossed him over the top rope right onto Ball Boy. The ref began the count but Sugar was barely stirring by the eight and did not make it in before ten.

Winner: Pierre the Enormous & Star Boy via count out to retain. (****)


Shortly after the match ended Tennis Pro made his way out to the ring, pushing his way between Road Demolition who looked unhappy about it but decided to watch what he was up to instead of beating him into gravel for a pothole. Tennis Pro went up to Valley Girl, turned her around and was in her face screaming at her. It seems he blamed her for The All Americans not winning the match and titles. Dasher came over and tried to get between them but Tennis Pro shoved him onto his backside. Officials came down along with a couple refs to call everyone down as the show ended.

5/26/81 Lincoln, NE - card #69



The show starts with Road Demolition barging into GM Mr. Codgers' office.

GM Mr. Codger: Why, yes, may I help you young gentlemen with something?

Aximal: Yea, we are Road Demolition and we demand a title shot against the World Tag Team Champions.

GM Mr. Codger: What's that you say? Road demolition? Will you be working around the arena tonight? Will the noise disturb our show? And where are your orange vests?

Hawsh: Not that kind of road demolition you old fart. We are one of your tag teams. The BEST tag team in the world and we want a title shot.

GM Mr. Codger: Oh yes, yes. I will get right on that. Well, I mean, right after my nap. But you have to do me a favor. I have this new tag team that needs opponents tonight so I will put you in a match with them. You win that match and you will get your title shot. Now, if you two do not mind please leave and shut the door on your way out.

He gets up and walks off leaving Aximal and Hawsh looking at each other with confusion on their faces.



Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to Lincoln and The Show.

KC: It's our show 69, he he. We have a title match in the main event and a new tag team makes their debut.

Gorilla Typhoon: You are so right about those last two facts. Let's go to the ring for our opening match.



Six Million Pound Man w/Lord Vincent Hendrix vs Bug Buster

Before the match started Lord Vincent offered Bug Buster some money if he would just lay down. He refused. So, Lord Vincent offered a bit more. Again, Bug Buster refused. Lord Vincent was about to offer some more when Six Million Pound Man waved him off and went to attack Bug Buster. A few suplexes and some stomping had Bug Buster in trouble. Six Million Pound Man tossed him out of the ring and went to the floor himself. He was about to attack Bug Buster when the ref came out and got between them. The ref was pointing toward the ring and ordering Six Million back into the ring. As he did Lord Vincent took advantage by attacking Bug Buster. Unfortunately, the ref turned around and caught the end of it. He motioned for the time keeper to ring the bell.

Winner: Bug Buster via DQ. (*)


Having lost the match Six Million and Lord Vincent jump Bug Buster. After they are done Lord Vincent takes out a few Pounds and shove them in Bug Buster's mouth. Then the two men walk off.

Hammerhead is talking to Mean Jeans and says Keith Blood got lucky last week. He is going to ask for a rematch and he will show Keith who the better man is. That will be in Topeka, KS. Cannot get more American than places like Lincoln and Topeka. The crowd cheers.



The new team of The Mulkeys come out to the ring and they look super pumped for their debut match. Then they hear "War Pigs" began to play and they suddenly look very nervous. Road Demolition come out to a loud pop and they rush to the ring.


Road Demolition vs The Mulkeys

Hawsh and Randy Mulkey start the match. Hawsh is all over the new comer then tags Aximal in. Things are going bad for Randy but he gets a couple moves in then tags out to his brother. Bill Mulkey gets in the ring and soon he is on the defensive. Aximal runs him over with a shoulder tackle and makes a cover. Bill kicks out. A bit later Aximal tags out and Hawsh works Bill over. Another tag and a Destruction Device ends The Mulkeys debut.

Winner: Road Demolition by pinfall. (**)

Inside the locker room for The All Americans Club the members are having quite a heated argument. Sugar Dunkerton and Dasher Hatfield are upset at Tennis Pro for how he has been treating Valley Girl. He says if they do not like it they can get out of the room. They say it's not his room and there are two of them and one of him. So, he takes off. He goes out the door, slamming it behind him and runs smack dab into He-Beast the Barbarian. The two men stare angerly at each other and then start throwing fists.



Gorilla Typhoon: Wow, Tennis Pro is having a bad day. We would love to watch the rest of that brawl but it is time for our main event.



Skullgore w/Gothica vs Chet Skye for the RCW USA Championship

The champ started hot but Chet soon put that fire out. He took the fight to Skullgore for a couple minutes than it was Skullgore's turn again. He hit a Crossbone Body Block but Chet kicked out. Then it looked like Skullgore used a foreign object to rock Chet's world. The fans booed and tried to get the ref to understand what happened. Some back and forth and then another Crossbone Body Block ended Chet's title hopes. It was a good showing non the less.

Winner: Skullgore via pinfall to retain. (***)



An announcement that next week's main event will see Jet Set Strutter defend the RCW World Championship.

6/2/81 Topeka, KS - card #70



A pair of limos pull up in the back. Alfred, Jet Set Strutter's butler gets out of the back of the first one and goes and opens the back door to the second limo. The Thinker, a pair of beauties in sleek evening dresses and RCW World Champion Jet Set Strutter exit.

Jet Set Strutter: Whoooooooo? Who decided to have a show in this god forsaken place. More so, whooooooo decided I had to defend my title?

The Thinker: I know, I know Jet Set. It is that crusty old man, Mr. Codger. He has been making bad and weird decisions over and over lately. I have calls into the Board of Directors. Hopefully we can have him removed soon.

Jet Set Strutter: Not soon enough to save this day. Oh well, I will win the match and we will go find a night club...hmm, on second thought after I win, we will just go back to the hotel and celebrate. I doubt there is a decent night club within 100 miles of here.

The Thinker: You said it champ.



Gorilla Typhoon: Welcome to Topeka, KS and The Show. As you heard I am sure, Jet Set Strutter will be defending the RCW World title tonight. Also, we get some news on our next PPV, Summer Blast at the Beach including our first announced match and the location of the event.

KC: Beaches, sunshine, the ocean, girls in bikinis and the best wrestling in the world. What more could you want?



Keith Blood w/Gothica vs Hammerhead

Keith tried to get the jump on Hammerhead but the Russian quickly swung momentum to his advantage. He hit each of his two finishers once but could not get the pin. Keith kept trying to get something going but Hammerhead quickly countered him. As Keith Blood was laid out on the mat Gothica entered the ring and slapped Hammerhead. When it did not faze him, she looked a bit scared. He grabbed her wrist with one hand and with the other hand he reached into his wrestling shorts and pulled out a...squirt gun. He held it up for the fans to see and they cheered. He started squirting it and sprayed water into her face. She thrashed around as he laughed. He let her go and she flopped to the mat as he continued to squirt. She rolled out of the ring and her mascara was running. Now Keith Blood was getting to his feet. Hammerhead hit a Russian Sickle and made the pin.

Winner: Hammerhead via pinfall. (**)

Space Monkey: <chatters like a monkey with a few Russian words sprinkled in there>

Hammerhead: I understand comrade but I have made my decision. These Americans have opened their arms to me and accepted me as one of their own. I am happy here.

Space Monkey: <more chatter with a few Russian words>

Hammerhead: Da, I am staying here. I have defected. If you think you have to fight me to save face with mother Russia and the KGB I shall understand my friend. Hopefully it does not come to that but I understand.

He walks off as Space Monkey watches him leave, shaking his head.



Pumpkin Patch Kids w/Princess Starbright vs Beauty Salon

Jobber Joe gets in the ring to start for his team as T.A. Templeton admires himself in a handheld mirror. Frightmare took the fight to Jobber Joe and had him on the defensive. Joe looked to his partner for some help but T.A. was lost in mirror, mirror land. Frightmare tagged Hallowicked in and he quickly performed Never Wake Up then got the pin.

Winner: Pumpkin Patch Kids by pinfall. (*)



Leaning against a wall next to GM Mr. Codger's office is Jesse Wild looking unhappy, his eyes staring at the floor. A voice says "why looking so down my friend?"

Jesse Wild: I have not had a match since me and Chet split. I cannot get in to see Mr. Codger since he is taking a nap to ask for one. (He looks up and his eyes get big) Um, who are you?

A striking man with eyebrows that have been groomed into points, wearing a red suit and holding a cane with a dragon head on the top walks up to Jesse.

James Mitchell: Let me introduce myself. My name is James Mitchell. I am a manager and I have been looking for someone to face my client. How about I talk to the good Mr. Codger and get a match for next week between my client and you? What do you say?

Jesse Wild: Sounds good but you will have to wait till he wakes from his nap and unlocks the door. (He plays with the doorknob and it does not twist) See?

James Mitchell: (smiles and laughs lightly) Yes, not a problem my good boy.

He walks up, turns the doorknob and opens the door. He walks in and shuts the door behind him leaving a confused Jesse Wild standing in the hallway.

Standing in the ring is Mean Jeans.

Mean Jeans: We are just a tad over a month away from Summer Blast at the Beach. The location this year will be Daytona Beach, FL. Tickets go on sale this Friday so get them before they are gone. It will be a wild show like last year. As far as the card itself, we have our first match to announce. The RCW World Tag Team Champions Pierre the Enormous and Star Boy will defend their titles against Road Demolition. It should be, as my coworker BS would say, a slobber knocker. Jet Set Strutter w/The Thinker vs Rad Racer for the RCW World Championship

Jet Set was busy talking to The Thinker about the fans and horrible city of Topeka when the bell rang allowing Rad Racer to get the jump on him. He applied a headlock and hit a bulldog. Then he made the mistake of trying it a second time. Jet Set pushed him off and went to work. After a couple minutes of taking Rad Racer to school, Rad Racer tried to fight back. It did not last long. Then Jet Set slapped on the Six-Figure Leg Lock and Rad Racer gave up.

Jet Set Strutter: I still cannot believe I had to fuel up my jet and fly out to this hole in the world for a match. I hope you guys appreciate the opportunity you had to see me in action. I mean if every one of you put a week's paycheck in to a collection you still couldn't buy my robe.
