Well, it's time for Wrestling! 6 feds in need of structuring and buying new sets to enhance them.
First we go to the NWA!
Harley Race has been a tough to beat champion tuning back the likes of Lou Thesz, Ric Flair, and Bruiser Brody!
First NWA event of the season STARCADE!!
Wrestlers from all NWA territories compete at this event
10. The Patriot falls short to the "King of Memphis" Jackie Fargo with a jumpimg stomp.
9. World Class tag title match to crown new champions pitted The Sheepherders vs The Fantastics. In what was a wild brawl the ref just plain lost control of this one and DQ'd both teams.
8. Dan Severn pins Bob Roop with a fireman's slam.
7. Midnight Express beat the Armstrongs by Count-out.
6. Ric Flair pins BlackJack Mulligan with some help from the ropes. (opportunistic pin)
5. NWA Tag-Team title match The Rock and Roll Express stun the heavily favored team of Bruiser Brody and Stan Hansen with a Flying Body Press.
4. World Class champion Johnny Valentine is shocked by Barry Windham and a Sweetwater Suplex. New champion crowned!
3. Mid South title match had champion Ted Dibiase get throttled by Steve "Dr. Death" Williams ending in an Oklahoma Stampede. New Champion crowned!
2. United States title action was a wild one with champion Magnum T.A. defending against Tully Blachard w/ J.J. Dillon. It was all Magnum until a little timely help from Dillon gave Tully the edge and the opening to get in a Slingshot suplex and the title win! New Champ crowned!
1. NWA World champion Harley Race put the strap on the line against Jack Brisco who waited a long time for his opportunity and he did not squander it. Using his superior speed Brisco kept the pressure on Race eventually catching him in a rolling reverse from the win and his first World title reign!!
