If you're on a computer that's connected to the printer and using windows, you SHOULD be able to just open the pdf and go to the top right of your screen and click "print", then go from there. No download to the printer should be needed.

I forgot to mention that the pdf was on my phone. I used a usb cable to hookup to my computer.
