Sam and Todd are bringing the holiday fun with a rundown of all the COTGOnline Holiday exclusive cards from years past. Plus some exciting information for those that may have missed out on any (or all) of them. We also talk about what's on our wishlists - both for Filsinger Games and otherwise. Of course, we've also got updates on the latest releases - scheduling, final teases, and hopes for what's next. 3) I think EVERYONE wants a colored version of classics. I wish we had seen this leading up to the re-imagined sets. A lot you could do with this too you could do 2079 to 2086 and do every year and add some stuff too.
4) I want to go to the con since I want a real chicago deep dish pizza and would love to go to Wrigley field.
5) my first concern ever was Weird Al and he fell off the stage and came back to do an encore. I think he broke his ribs too.

Yeah, I bought the last couple of years of GW's xmas miniatures... this last year's Red Gobbo is hilarious!
I assisted with Rotunda Clause and put her stats in for the "Big boned diva"... I remember that it was really fun coming up with alternate names for her offense.
This episode was fun too...
Not so much on my wishlist as I buy whatever I want throughout the year...the only thing I asked for is to spend time with each of my kiddos alone soon. Seems like time is the ultimate gift anymore as everybody is super busy.
Suggestion for topic... holiday traditions that each of you guys do every year. Whatcha think?
Holidays start on Thanksgiving with watching National Lampoon Christmas Vacation and the family remembering those who aren't with us anymore. Plus, we give thanks for things we are thankful for.
Throughout the month, we get together on certain days and go out together and look at the lights...drink hot cocoa with a candy cane...
Xmas eve...we watch Trading Places and wrap gifts...one last go around with lights and go out and deliver toys for tots with the marine contingent here.
On Xmas day, we open presents and eat the usual Xmas foods...big family board game day...
Nothing fancy but it doesn't need to be...
My cotg xmas ultimate present would have all the editions finally online.
Concerning GCON, me and my crew will be there this year!

Holiday traditions - my wife and I watch one Christmas movie every day from November 30 to December 24 (25 days total). My family started this tradition when I was younger, and it is one that I shared with my wife during the year we got engaged. On the night winter break starts (this year 12/22/2021) we drive and look at Christmas lights and drink hot chocolate. On December 23, we do our Christmas, as we usually are visiting my family (pre-COVID) on Christmas Day (catching an early morning flight to North Carolina) and celebrate with my wife's family on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day, when we aren't traveling, we do stockings with my wife's parents. Gifts that I'm hoping to get - kind of like Thomas (TK), I buy what I want throughout the year, but this year I am hopeful for the final two expansions to T.I.M.E. Stories, as well as some more Really Useful Boxes (9L), and a Gladiator Shelving unit for my FG sets. My ultimate FG Christmas present would be color cards for Rick Rude, Freddie Blassie, Rikidozan, Antonio Inoki, and Giant Baba. Also, the Ringside Companion being available for shipment this weekend (patience is something I need to work on)! |
