The last couple nights I went to this old movie theater that was built in 1928 to see some Christmas classic movies. They were advertising they will be showing The Room in January. For those that do not know it is a cult film that is considered by some as one of if not the worst movies ever made. Sadly, it is on a Friday which I always work. Otherwise, I would go simply because Greg Sestero who starred in it plus wrote a book about the experience that was turned into a movie starring James Franco, brother Dave played Greg, will be there for a Q&A plus a meet and greet. I would want to ask him "was the movie supposed to be a good movie that ended up really bad or a bad movie that ended up being really good". I am still thinking about seeing if I can get it off. It is $20 instead of the usual $5 but that is due to Greg being there, I am sure. I wonder if this is a one-shot or if he is doing a small tour at other indie theaters.
