Well, I watched every televised Uso tag team match from 2016 to early 2020, and have my list of moves, but I'm looking for help with formatting of the cards, if anyone has the time. Let me know and I will DM you the list.
Also, how many tag moves, excluding finishers can you have on a card?

I'm sure he's talking about Jimmy and Jay/Jei (can't remember how his is spelled)
You can have as many tag moves as you want as long as you don't plan on using them in singles. If you ever do I'd suggest no more than three.

I'd say 3 max, one per level, maybe 4 for super-ultra tag specialists and that's including any tag finishers. If you do have that many I'd probably plan on a note explaining what to do in singles (ideally the move would drop a level, to cut down on excessive re-rolls). I know one of them had a singles main event against Reigns awhile back but these guys are pretty joined at the hip as a tag team, so I don't think they need to be all that strong as singles.

They are tag team specialists, so I’d say as many as allowed
