Just wanted to see if anyone had tips for printing color bootlegs cards. Do you print them yourself? Do you attach the two sides of the card together with glue? What’s your personal method for making printed boots look great?

I print my boots out on my laserjet printer using 32 lbs paper. They aren't as thick as standard cards but I don't really notice or care because I keep them in hard plastic top loaders. I think official cards and professional bootlegs are done on 110 lbs card stock? In that area anyway. Most personal laserjet printers I know of have a harder time printing on that level of cardstock. The printers I use at my work will do it but it comes at the cost of color vibrancy so I go with my personal printer and lower weight paper stock.
I also print them front and back with my laserjet. When I printed on an inkjet there was a lot of bleed-through so I printed each side on a separate sheet of paper and just slipped them both into the top loader.
