I think the first episode of The Book of Boba Fett is released tonight at Midnight PST? If so, I will probably stay up and watch it since I do not work tomorrow.  I am really looking forward to this as Boba Fett is perhaps my favorite character in Star Wars. On my luggage bag (which I just used to go to Europe,) I have this Boba Fett luggage tag (my name, address, and contact info are on the back, I was actually hanging out with cman at the time I bought it at the Lego Store at the Mall of America in Minneapolis in July 2018) which is very useful when I travel as I can easily spot my black luggage bag at baggage claim from the many other black bags that look similar to it.  |

Excited to see the first episode tomorrow, but don’t think I’ll stay up till midnight to watch it. Probably wait for tomorrow evening.

Since I tend to wake up early, even on vacation, I checked out the first episode around 5 am CST.
I loved this episode! You can tell how much of fans Filoni, Favreau, and Rodriquez are long time Star Wars fans are based on the little details and look of the series. It’s just so gritty.
Similar to what I said in the Marvel TV thread, this is a great time to be a Star Wars fan.

4 speaking lines and just over 6 minutes of airtime in three movies made 40 years ago and he remains one of the most popular STAR WARS figures ever.
I REALLY ENOYED THE FIRST EPISODE, LOOKING FORWARD TO MORE.

Yes I remember when Vegas got the luggage tag. I watched episode 1 this morning, and it was excellent.

Since I normally stay up late on nights when I am not working the next day, I did watch the first episode last night.
Without giving anything specific away, I thought it was a good first episode that finally shows some of the important moments of what happened to Boba Fett between the end of Return of the Jedi and his appearance in The Mandalorian while also setting up his ruling philosophy as the new local crime lord in his area.

Really liked the second episode. Love the metaphor of the Tuskegee Raiders like the Indigenous Americans. Loved t]showing how Tusken Raiders get their staffs. And I want to know who in casting is a deadwood fan. Like The Mandalorian, there was another Deadwood actor in this episode. Good stuff.
