With a pending set for CAC next year, I think we should count CAC wrestlers as proper legends releases.

I would agree except for CAC Rising Star Award winners. Brian Pillman Jr is fine but he’s not a legend…yet. Also the Indie Wrestling Award. The recipients deserve recognition but they aren’t legends.
