Handler for the Moondogs in the 90s?

Hi Guys 🙂
Still trying to get my small Texan 1990s Fed going.
With the Expansion 8 coming out,i had the Idea to bring in the Moondogs(and some others)
I should maybe give them some kind of Pack Leader.
So i first thought about a Manager.
Then I decided otherwise.Why not give them a Wrestler to be their Leader or kind of Owner?
He would do the talking and also comes to the Ring with them.
So more like a Stable.
Which Wrestler would be fitting in that time period?

I like the idea of The Grappler for some reason.

Len Denton was just 30 in 1990,so he was already clear to put him on the Roster for Singles.
Plus he is Coming from Texas i think.
That could be a good Way to get the Fans into the 
Shows.

Does someone know about a Stable called Freaks&Geeks?

Eddie Gilbert did team with a whole bunch of Moondogs as Freaks & Geeks, but Kevin Sullivan gets my vote. The Prince Of Darkness would be a perfect "Bray Wyatt" cultist leading his "family"--The Moondogs--out of the swamp and into the squared circle.
