I’ve been roaming through various threads as I learn more about the game and the system. Both of these books have come up a few times, but the product pages didn’t make it clear what exactly the books included. I’m sure it’s because I’m a novice. Would anyone mind summarizing their content for me?

The cotg files were created by tom filsinger. it was a listing of wrestlers. The ringside companion is a book which lists which matches made by the promotors in this game.

The cotg files were created by tom filsinger. it was a listing of wrestlers. The ringside companion is a book which lists which matches made by the promotors in this game. This is actually not 100% accurate. The matches contained in the officially released Filsinger Games Ringside Companions, were actually created by folks who work with the game releases. There have been 6 total: - COTG 2096
- COTG 2101
- COTG 2107
- COTG 2112
- Legends of Wrestling (released in 2004 I believe)
- COTG/LOW released in 2022
All were official matches, not promoter created, as far as I am aware. Now, Swarm, helped us out by creating a PDF of matches that may have included some promoter created matches. As a note for the COTG releases, those are game years.

I believe any match that was in Rob's were created by Rob himself or perhaps Tom. I don't think any of them were from other promoters but could be wrong.
