I don't blame WWE for the coincidence on the name beyond in the information age it makes sense for them to google any potential name before deciding to use it and/or trademarking it. They have to know that some people will do the search to make them look bad but mostly people will google for info on him and find the other stuff.

You'd think with all of the people they've cut this year while making record profits they could afford to hire an office temp to google the terrible name ideas for potential PR disaster potential before going ahead and trademarking them.
