Rob said a long time ago he wasn't thinking of doing human Terror since there was the alternate 87 human Terror but perhaps he changed his mind. Not sure.

Rob said a long time ago he wasn't thinking of doing human Terror since there was the alternate 87 human Terror but perhaps he changed his mind. Not sure. Now THAT sounds like an idea that I would have come up with, circa the time with what happened to Tongsoon (spoiler?) Anyway, I never heard of that playing card before nor seen the stats!
