I definitely think the cards battling each other is just too much. I also am in support of online improvements as I feel like we're often afterthoughts.

TTX, I would argue that us old out of date card and dice players are the afterthoughts - dinosaurs! Though it's how the game was founded in 1986 and is still portrayed in their slogan, "CARD AND DICE GAME", today. We pay premium rates for priority shipping, but online players get their digital cards days before we do. While I do agree online deserves to be fixed and is greatly being ignored in that capacity.

I agree that bringing Osk back on after his little breakdown that nearly crippled online and hasn't recovered.
The app doesn't interest me at all and I agree that they should fix online first...
Maybe get a programmer in there and pay $ rather than offering trade (like when I expressed my wife might have been interested) instead of letting it flounder

Considering I’m an avid fan and have an education in internet and web design you’d think it would have been a no brainer. His offer was ignored...

I love this game, promote the hell out of it, but it doesn't mean a company shouldnt receive criticism or if it's constructive, make not of it.
1) I don't know of anything of the Osk situation, but if small changes are being made, thats something
2) I talk to many other players privately and I will tell you that everyone one of them (over 10) don't see positives in the app. The word, like has been mentioned, is if it's just the playing cards fighting one another...it's going to bomb.

I don’t know about the COTG Online situation with Kris, but I honestly have nothing but good words for Kris Osk at the moment. Had if not been for him and 80s Mania Wrestling, I would have never discovered Champions of the Galaxy. All things considered, I have faith that this app will be good, and while there are changes to be made, I’m certain Kris as well as his team over at Checkmate Creative will do COTG justice to a mobile audience.

Just my two cents - I know I am not the target audience for this app - my apps are podcasts and health related and shopping related. Zero games can be found on my phone.
I don’t play online, because there is something nostalgic about rolling the dice, and not looking at the blue light of my computer screen. What I like about this is that new cards will come from this and if it even remotely generates more interest in the game, then I am all for it.

I didn't play the app much but enjoyed the parodies and artwork. My hope is that cards for the 80s Mania line start getting released again. There were 3 sets done but there were lots of really great characters that would love to have seen done stretching into the 90s version of the app too.
