Could someone please let me know where to find the rules for a triple threat match please as not sure how to play it in regards to who attacks who

Well, again, in the archive there were a couple promoters that put a Triple Threat Match in.

You could take a look at those and see if they "float your boat"? Otherwise, Ringside Companion 2112 has the Triple Threat Rules that you might consider getting as they are fun matches to play out.
