Who will become the new VWF Champion?

The current VWF Champion Nick Bockwinkel got Drafted from my RAW brand to my EAWA brand and thus had to vacate the VWF Championship. As a result, RAW General Manager Joe Blanchard ordered an 8 man tournament to determine the new VWF Champion.

These are the tournament brackets:

Barry Windham vs Blackjack Mulligan
