That's right, promoters, this time you're the ones asking the questions. Todd, Mike, and Sam are here to answer an array of questions from listeners covering COTG, Legends, behind the scenes, and more. Of course, we also have our usual news and notes from Fed HQ and some talk about the latest teasers... Maybe even a tease of the tease coming on preorder Friday! Listening now. Always enjoy hearing your guys thoughts on the Kronos teaser.
That’s a pretty big indy Prime announcement! Was always one of my favs in TNA. And when teamed w his partner from the ROH set, that should make a pretty strong tag team. Nice signing.

Awesome show ... - first wrestling memory would be Mania3 and the build to Mania4. My dad was a big Hogan fan and I thought Savage/Steamboat stole the show. That is when my grandparents tried to get me to watch NWA stuff. - my four man team would be Bex & Sur, Wraith and Pegasus. - finishers would be GTS and then submission move would be the sharpshooter - woo my question got asked. I feel like a jerk asking planning questions. I know you folks have a lot going on but planning and plotting my fed. I may hold off on my classics plans. Trying to mix and match classic guys with some Kronos guys but may utilize Omega, Sam, Chaos in other spots.
Thanks guys, another great show.

Very interesting ideas on the soul of the Indys post AEW and COVID. Rewatching 2013-2018 while Bullet Club was getting real world buzz for the Indy Scene, you can definitely feel a level of anticipation and excitement building where something like an "All In" was bound to happen and Cody "Spend it now, Make more later" Rhodes definitely picked up on it. The arms race for Indy talent kept bigger name journeyman off of Indy shows but it also kept hands working when there were no smaller tier shows running in 2020/2021. AEW Dark giving local talent a showcase seems to be a better alternative to NXT UK monopolizing a market if there is genuine concern for smaller companies. There will always be "Forbidden Doors" for "Outlaw Mud Show Goofs" to go through or whatever dumb buzzwords Wrestling Twitter won't stop using.
IMO Its not surprising that AEW was a fresh-start and not a continuation of ROH or TNA. I love ROH and genuinely enjoyed their Pandemic product, but man did that company always have some baggage weighing it down. It's not causation but Christian Cage's time in TNA from 2005-2008 was peak counter-wwe programming for my rose-tinted glasses. Hogan-Bischoff brought alot more eyes for sure...but that also came with the Nastys, losing Awesome Kong to Bubba the Love Sponge, the Brooke Hogan wedding etc etc etc. (There are some early heel Young Bucks promos in PWG of them being TN A-holes that time-capsule TNA losing some IWC counterculture favor.) Sucks for them now since D'Amore and Jacobs have some really exciting talent that just does not seem to be getting the positive attention it could be.

An enjoyable episode. Thank you for the nice words spoken about Chris Hoover at the end. I didn't know him personally, but I know folks who did and it's always sad to lose a member of our tiny community.
