Really fun episode. Love the discussion. I was kind of surprised the AWA set won, though I am definitely a fan. I would have thought the '80s set or the Southeast set would have been shoo-ins. In the end though, the winner doesn't matter. The discussion is the important thing. These sets are all so strong in their own ways. I'm sure for a lot of people the vintage set is their least favorite, though I am not one of those people. But even if the vintage wrestlers aren't your cup of tea, you have to recognize that it is stacked with some of the best wrestlers from that era. And each set has some really, really high level wrestlers from each theme. We are very lucky game fans! Well the 80's set and the southeast set did give the eventual winner the toughest competition. If Mike and I were voting, there is a good chance that Expansion 3 might not have gotten out of the first round. |

Based on my own interests, Expansions 1, 2 and 3 rank 1, 2 and 3 respectively. Then 8, 6, 5, 4 and 7.
