Would Windham really need a downgrade? I've been watching a few old US Express matches and Rotundo was usually the face in peril and Windham the hot tag. Of course, I also think the only real differences between Varsity club Rotunda and US Express Rotundo is art and if he cheats on his abdominal stretch, but that's just me. And probably DQ5 versus DQ4. |

that and the airplane spin being his finisher over any of his heel finishers would be most of the difference. Maybe a couple more tag options. I think Windham would have a slight downgrade more tag options and bulldog as his finisher. Plus matching jackets. Face or heel, Rotunda should have lots of tag options. I mean Varsity Club Rotunda teamed with Steiner, Sullivan, and Williams and IRS was a three time tag team champion. Even nWo Wallstreet was mostly used in multi-man tags. |

Yeah, I don't disagree. Think face might have one or two more though. I'm sure the Legends team are deep in discussions on that.
