Could someone tell me what sets to purchase and what background knowledge I need to start playing Future Shock, please?

If digitally, you only have to buy the 2115 set.
If you are going physical, I believe there is a special pack of cards to go with the 2115 pack.
Most of the story is detailed, but the gist is that after being banished from our dimension, they plan on going to another location only to end up in one where things aren't quite what they expected.
