I've made some new Masked Assassin bootlegs (with artwork nearly done!) Just wanted input on the stats to make them nice and legal for promoters down the way.

All right, fixed up a few things including spelling errors and spacing issues. Did a couple legalizations, every wrestler (other than that one Frenzy card and I think that was just a case of it being missed and Destructon 3000 but he's a special case) have two -1 moves even the top of the top. One oddity is having the same finisher at two different power levels. I'd either change the first finisher or make them the same power. They're on the powerful side but if that works for you, cool. Anyways, they're all fixed up.

Yep, Troy caught everything I noticed too. With level 1 moves, there are generally two on every card. So it's the top two on level one, or move one on level 1 and and move one on level 2, which is usually a weaker card.

On the Master Assassin Drop I'd either make the second one (0) as well or modify the name, like "Master Assassin Drop 2.0" or "EX" or something. Just make it a slight variation on the original move.

Looking good. One small subjective thing, but I would change “6-man” simply to trios in the mechanic description.
