Great episode as usual guys and thanks for the shout out on the list. After listening to the podcast, I went back and updated the Legends Color list and we are now up to 265 color cards. I miscounted and we only have gotten 105 new color cards that never had a B&W. Derek, come on! You were my intern charge of counting!!

I have gotten some info on the cards that were in the online Promoter (thanks Pete and Chad) and we are actually at 103 wrestlers who only have a color card.

You answered my question while kicking me around a bit, I wouldn't expect anything less.
I love ALL you guys!!!
I think Chad dropped the F bomb three times during my question...
Corey asked me why I made the statement about the Masked Superstar getting down graded, so I tried to explain. I'm not the most articulate person around, sue me. š
You can all disregard the Pony Express riders now, that should be arriving soon.

Having certain individuals say Goodnight Denmark was definitely not something I was expecting this morning! The Denmark exception sounds like a tax exception, but Iām sure Tim would know more than me. Great to have you back Tim, I lived in Phoenix for 7 years and only got to about half a dozen spring training games so 1 game a year sounds like the average. Although I did get to several D Backs games a year especially when the Cubs were in town.

Also, ketchup on hash browns šš only way to go. What kind of savage argues against that? Once again, "Emperor Norton" (Mark T) speaks the truth.

Since I didn't say much on the hash browns-ketchup topic on the show, I will say that I have no objections to that combination. Like Zeke Vegas, I prefer hot sauce or salsa on my hash browns and eggs. I don't do the eggs-ketchup combo but I don't look down on those who do. Another favorite hash brown topping at home is fry sauce or Terrpain Ridge Farms Everything Aioli.

Regarding hot sauce, one other thing I learned how to do when I was younger was put both hot sauce and mayonnaise on my corn. Somebody from Mexico taught me this and IMO it really makes corn taste amazing! It works for both ears of corn and for kernels of corn.

I am a firm believer that if hashbrowns are seasoned properly, they need nothing additional. However, I am a bit of an oddity in that regards - I believe the same as well about BBQ. No need for sauce if it is seasoned and smoked properly, why add calories to it?

To back up Malice I heard it first in culinary school and then I think Gordon Ramsey said it but a perfect something should not need sauce or spice. A well cooked burger or steak shouldn't need something on top of it. I also did hear this from other chef friends.
Not sure I believe it but I have heard that from professionals. Everyone has their own taste palates and I dont know if that would hold true for everyone since some freaks put ketchup on everything.

Sometimes the food is just the delivery device for the ketchup, hot sauce, or whatever. In that case of course you don't want to take someone's culinary masterpiece and slather it with sauce, of course, so I get the point. But sometimes you just want that ketchup and potatoes flavor profile (did I use that right? Are those cooking shows I have to listen to as background noise kicking in? Next let's talk about open concept living spaces....)
