Thank you to all the promoters that liked and commented! I am having a blast revisiting this era and hope to keep the momentum going! I hope everyone else enjoys reading as well. Anyway, without further adieu... Card 000.3 Deimos Intergalactic ArenaFirst Round (seed # in parenthesis)Lord Nexus (3) won against Mutant (17)- The Society of Death member leapt at Lord Nexus immediately after the bell sounded and punished his opponent with face manglers and even a TEMPLE GRINDER. Sadly, Mutant’s offensive flurry stalled, and the Titan fought back. After a dropkick off the turnbuckle, Lord Nexus used the classic TITAN DROP to end the bout. (1/2*) Commander Sam (12) stunned Exo-King (6)- This contest belonged to Exo-King and the Evil One’s Patriarch signaled for the DEATH VISE to end the contest. However, Commander Sam had enough sense about him to roll the villain into a schoolboy roll up. The referee gave the two count before Exo-King kicked out of the pin attempt but would fall after the Earthling followed up with SAM’S ATOMIC DROP. (*1/2)
Thantos (1) made Pulsar (22) submit- The action went back and forth for a few minutes, but Thantos’s experience stepped in and made things a little bit difficult for the Titan. After the Gamemaster used a Cobra Clutch Suplex, he grabbed Pulsar’s legs and clamped on the MASTERLOCK. In a matter of moments, Pulsar tapped out and his Cinderella run ended as quickly as it started. (DUD) Pit Viper beat Ghengis Khan in a Titan Death Match- After Ghengis attacked the Titan from behind with a steel chair (see Card 000.1), Pit Viper wanted payback against the Society of Death member. Although these two aren’t the stereo typical main event material, they brought their ‘A’ game and beat each other black and blue. After Ghengis missed a turnbuckle charge, Viper nailed him with a VENOM BLAST and covered his opponent. The arena counted loudly as the referee smacked the mat…”1-2-3”!! (1/2*)

Lord Nexus would always take a beating and make a heroes comeback for me, it's nice to see that going on in other parts of the galaxy! Great stuff.

Thank you for your comments fellas! I am having a blast playing out 2087 so far and I hope the momentum keeps rolling! 000.4 Deimos Intergalactic ArenaFirst Round (seed # in parenthesis)Star Warrior (2) defeated Renegade (18)- Star Warrior attempted to shake Renegade’s hand but the Neptunian smacked his hand away. Bad move because Star Warrior took the slight personally and proverbially rolled Renegade. After only a few moments, Star Warrior came off the top turnbuckle with a NOVA LAUNCH for the duke. (1/2*) Comrade Terror (7) flattened Actagon (10)- A good match! Neither participant could gain the upper hand for several minutes and the momentum swung back and forth several times. Actagon climbed to the top turnbuckle and attempted a flying axhandle, but the Cygnusian countered with a spear in to garner the victory. (1/2*) The camera focused on the GWF’s answer to WWE’s Kayla Braxton (Angelina Dubrini) in the interview section of the arena. Angelina announced that the Board of Directors have decided that due to the no contest between Pit Viper and Ghengis Khan (Card 000.1), Massif (the number five seed) will be given a bye in the first round of the Galaxian Championship Tournament. The fans in the arena roared in agreement and began chanting ‘Massif’ over and over. Wolf (4) choked against Executioner (14)- Shocking! Wolf looked flat and was pushed around by Executioner. The so-called ‘Savage One’ was continuously choked with the ring ropes and his shoulders were simply rolled over for the three count. Disappointing match outcome for the fans and they showed their displeasure as they pelted the squared circle with trash. (DUD)

Executioner needs to make sure his life insurance is up to date. Wolf will be coming for him. Count on that. Owoooooooooo.

Most of the big guns safely into the next round. I’m now predicting it to be the classic final between Thantos and Star Warrior by the end.

Still going for Thantos to win it all. One down and two left of the big three.

Thank you on_the_edge Crossbones wayne for swinging in...everybody is convinced that Gamemaster is going to win the tournament but it hasn't all been played out, we will have to wait and see! Card 000.5 Deimos Intergalactic Arena
Second Round (seed # in parenthesis) Massif (5) overpowered Comrade Terror (7)- The gentle giant used his sheer power to wear down Comrade Terror and applied several bearhugs, knee lifts, and Massif Power Slams. After the FDF member thought his opponent had enough, he executed a VOLCANIC DROP and covered his opponent for the pin. (*1/2) Massacre (9) smashed Lord Nexus (3)- This was a one-sided affair as Massacre overwhelmed the Titan! The GWF has now had it’s first forehead busted open after the Aethran executed a Gladiator Piledriver on Nexus down on to the concrete floor! The Titan struggled to crawl back into the ring afterwards and would be the recipient of a running clothesline to end the match. (**)
Commander Sam (12) lost to Star Warrior (2)- Pathetic match! Commander Sam fired off a power face lock but the Cetus native countered with a shoulder tackle that put Sam on the canvas. Star Warrior followed up with a series of combo punches and that was all she wrote- end of match! (DUD)
Thantos (1) defeated Executioner (14)- The medieval headsman was no match for the Gamemaster and had no answer for the MASTERLOCK. After only a few minutes, Thantos clamped on his finisher and Executioner quickly tapped out. (DUD)
