I'm planning to start a new fed with multiple competing territories. I'm trying to figure out a way to rank each territory as a way to determine which wrestlers they'll be able to sign. I'm having a hard time coming up with something that's fairly simple.

I once tried to do 4 territories based on North, South, East and West. I tried to group wrestlers to where they are geographically located. Like AWA and Canadian based wrestlers were in the north for example. I also tried to have a travling champion that went to each territory as well.

I did that but I've been splitting them further the more wrestlers that get added.

I'm planning to start a new fed with multiple competing territories. I'm trying to figure out a way to rank each territory as a way to determine which wrestlers they'll be able to sign. I'm having a hard time coming up with something that's fairly simple. Not sure if this will help you any but maybe it will give you an idea. When I started a new fed, I rated all of the wrestlers. Sort of the RAHL ratings but a little more streamlined. I then rolled a D100 three times to see if said promotion would sign the wrestler. For instance, RVD has a rating of a 42. 42 times 3 is 126. The three D100 rolls would have to be 126 or above. I had a special rule where any D100 roll that was a 5 or less would result in a wrestler choosing not to sign. You would think that getting a 126 out of a possible 300 would be automatic but it wasn't. I had quite a few roll a five or less to keep them out. Or just terrible rolls in general. Then you can take your AWA/Canadian territory and maybe they have a +10 to sign guys that are from that region.
