Yeah have an agility power question. If the opponent has an agility of -3 What does that mean? So do you take three off the roll? Confused

It affects (ag)/(pw) moves and the Choice Situations Chart (and maybe other charts on occasion, but these are the two main instances).
If a wrestler rolls a move followed by an (ag) or (pw), then that wrestler's Agility or Power has to be the same or better than the opponent's before the opponent can roll on Defense. Otherwise, the opponent automatically takes over on Level 2 Offense. In these cases, the lower the number, the better. -5 is (almost always) the "best"/strongest/most agile, +5 the worst, 0 average.
On Choice Situations you'll get results like "...works on roll of 7 or lower, plus or minus opponent's Power Rating." In which case you add or subtract the opponent's Power Rating to 7 to get your target number. Roll two dice and if it's the same or lower than the number, then the move works. Higher, and the opponent takes over on Level 2 Offense.
