With Flash Morgan Webster this one in particular was frustrating with his card UK background. Really wish it had England or UK on it. So since no country listed for this character I had to make a hard call and class as unknown.

no problem, I find these lists helpful when I book my touring VCW fed as I use regional wrestlers from where that show is being held to help fill out the card

I actually have most if not all of those names you listed on the other lists instead of this other/not specified list as I thought their billing gave enough information to provide their state or country billing

for example, Mile High City is an established nickname for Denver and Royce Isaacs was born in Denver so he is on the US list under Colorado, Joker is from Philadelphia so, even though his billing is Killadephia, I still have him under Pennsylvania

for Alex Colon, 609 is an area code in New Jersey which is a state where he is from so I have him under New Jersey

for Floyd Morgan Webster, A Town Called Malice is a popular British song name and he is from the UK so I thought that was enough to have listed under the UK

but I probably really should move Hanson here, I usually and probably understandably think of my home of Las Vegas as being Sin City but that name has been used in some other cases too such as the Frank Miller comics and I don't think Hanson has ever lived in Nevada.

From the Cycle 3 release, I added Akira, Kennedi Copeland (at least for now, not sure where Ocean Ave is,) Sawyer Wreck (she insisted we not put Florida on her card,) and Tera Calaway (I think the Isla Nublar/Jurassic Park billing is from her time when she was billed as a terradactyl) to this list.
