Well done! FG decision to basically no longer pursue POW MMA was always a bummer for me. It was one of its finest products.

I have some of the above fighters that I rated for the CPC/POW MMA Throwdown PDF. I could try to figure out code and post some in a new thread if anyone is interested? I focused on a few Heavyweights first like Ken Shamrock, Bas Rutten, Dan Severn, Tank Abbott, etc. I have 8 so far and they seem to perform about like you'd expect them to. I'm starting to work on the Light Heavyweight Division right now with Frank Shamrock, Guy Mezger, Kazushi Sakuraba, and Eliot "The Fire" Marshall all underway. I like throwing some low-rated fighters in the mix, that's also why I did Tank and Kimo Heavyweight cards. After a handful of LHWs, I'll start Middleweights, then Welterweights, then Lightweights. After LWs, I think I'll switch to doing some Women's Bantamweights. I would love if you shared these. I always wanted more real world MMA. I never got the POW Charts, but I’m sure I can house real them. Put me down in interested for everything that you come up with for this project. |

Sounds like there is some interest, so I'll take my excel cards and paste each line into a board-coded MMA table template I found here and saved to a Word Doc. I'll try to get all the Heavyweights posted by Sunday.

They're coming soon! Sunday didn't pan out, but they are on the way. The work is done, I pasted all the lines into the MMA template html code already. Tried it once and it bugged. I erroneously erased a [/td] on the main template when I pasted it into a doc and it had extra characters that didn't translate over somehow. The fighter cards kept appearing in preview with all the "[ ]" brackets everywhere. I think I might have gotten it now and will be testing these fixes tonite here in preview and canceling my post if it works. Then I'll move to the appropriate section of the boards and start up a CPC/POW MMA Real Fighter thread. I'll come back here and let anyone interested know when it is live. Thanks so much to all who have expressed their enthusiasm for the project. I can't wait to share the cards with you! EDIT: I got the html stuff sorted finally!
