The end has arrived. I have just sent the final file ("W", "X", "Y", and "Z") off to Todd and Mike. Now it is up to them to make them available to promoters. In order to try to keep a large number of messages both here in the thread and to me personally, I would like to say the following:

1. The last time the Bios were updated/written was after the release of Martial Law 2124 (GWF), POW Prophesy 2124 (POW), and aCe: Dark Tides (aCe). We did not know that there would be no more POW sets, or that aCe would only continue with a Free Agent 2125 mini-set. Thus, people in those sets were left open.

2. Since that time, GWF has continued onward (thank you Tom Filsinger), and FTR, Future Shock: Centra Wrestling Alliance, and Kronos have been started. Also, over a dozen game years have passed.

3. When approaching a project like this which involves products that are in motion, it is necessary to choose a point at which to stop, or nothing would ever be able to be made available to the public. As the person who agreed to ramrod this project, that decision fell to me. My decision was to stop as the middle of 2122 with the release of Origins 2138 and the 2nd installment of the COTG Promoter Prime for 2122. That means the CWF 2116 and Kronos: Return to Civilization were the cutoff points for those products. Nothing after that point, which included the last 2 parts of COTG Promoter Prime, and any virtual convention giveaways, were included. So, please, don't post messages on the message board about somebody being left out or a bio not including what happened in a later set.

4. This is the second time I have undertaken the task of updating/writing bios for COTG characters, and it is the last. I am retiring as Editor effective immediately. If someone else would like to take over the reigns, I will be glad to forward the files to you so you don't have to start totally from scratch. Before you ask, I am taking this action because of age, not because I have ever lost my infatuation with the characters Tom and others have created. I will continue to enjoy their efforts as long as I am able, but I am not going to get involved in updating this information again.

Just an FYI:
Chargersfan1 has volunteered to take over editing the COTG Files. I wish him all the luck in the world. I have forwarded all of the files from the latest update to him, and I advised him not to wait another 12 to 14 years to update them again. Hopefully he will have better luck getting people to help him in updating the bios. Wish him good luck and help him if you can, if he asks for help.
