Does anyone know/remember exactly what move the Assassin Drop is supposed to be?

Someone may have reconned it later, but it was originally one of those moves Tom would put on cards and not explain. Truly it was "up to you promoter". For me it was always a body slam followed by a guillotine leg drop.

In the old Promoter there was a write-in contest to identify some of these moves--IIRC, the Assassin Drop ended up being a Snake-Eyes.
That said, if Tom meant the Assassin Drop to be a contrast to the Titan Drop, maybe it should be a Samoan drop/fallaway slam.

For what it's worth, I always considered it a Scorpion Death Drop/inverted DDT.
