JUST WRESTLING 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour: Episode One August 8th, 2022 MR. HUGHES defeated P.N. NEWS VICTORY BY: Soike Slam FINISHER TIME OF MATCH: 10 Minutes 44 Seconds NOTES: The tension between these two was building as heated words and threats were made by both towards one another at the end of the Wipe the Slate Clean Tour. These two went at it like two bulls with Mr. Hughes being able to withstand the Broken Record Finisher and eventually execute his finisher for the hard-fought victory. After the match it looked as though the Ruff-Neck was looking to inflict more pain to his downed opponent after the bell BUT KoKo B. Ware put a stop to that coming to the ring with a steel chair in hand to the surprise of the crowd. JEFF COBB & DON MURACO defeated WILLIE MACK & RICH SWANN VICTORY BY: Asiatic Spike on Rich Swann TIME OF MATCH: 13 Minutes 30 Seconds NOTES: People in attendance for all four episodes claimed that this was the match of the entire 4 show tour, these two teams went back and forth with several near falls. In the end it was Cobb who caught Swann off the top and took him for a tour of the islands right into Muraco putting on the finishing touches with the Asiatic Spike for the victory when suddenly..... THE HEX MARTI BELLE & ALYSIN KAY STEP INTO THE RING AND GO FCE TO FACE WITH JEFF COBB & DON MURACO Frontier Heavyweight Champion: JAKE SOMETHING (w/ Veda Scott in his corner) defeated BIFF BUSICK VICTORY BY: MFKR FINISHER TIME OF MATCH: 10 Minutes 13 Seconds NOTES: A slobber-knocker of the match, as the record setting Frontier Heavyweight Champion, was busted open the hard way thanks to one of many European Uppercuts by Busick. Biff thought he tapped out Something with his figure four headscissors but Veda Scott got Jake's foot on the ropes right before the hand came down for three! Busick was irate screaming at the official. This gave Jake time to recover and deliver his Fire Thunder Driver which led to two consecutive MFKR Finishers for what some would say controversial victory to end the show. *A quick thank you to gabe72 for letting me represent Jake Something as his promotions champion during this tour. If you have not already make sure to check out Frontier Wrestling right here on the Filsinger Indy board, you will not be disappointed* -END (5)

JUST WRESTLING 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour: Episode Two August 16th, 2022 DON MURACO & JEFF COBB defeated THE HEX (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle) VICTORY BY: Tour of the Islands FINISHER on Marti Belle TIME OF MATCH: 40 Minutes 52 Seconds (198 Total moves in match) NOTES: "It was reported that the match between Jeff Cobb & Don Muraco vs Willie Mack & Rich Swann during Episode One of this tour, was the match of the entire 4-episode tour, not saying they are wrong but this match you could argue was the match of not only the tour but the match that set the standard in the short history of this promotion. One common denominator is that Jeff Cobb & Don Muraco are involved in both matches, Kay possibly gave Cobb a busted nose early on in the match. In the end it was Cobb who got the victory for his team however thanks to his Finisher on Marti. After the match, Allysin and Marti got a standing ovation from the crowd and wrestlers who came out from the back to greet them in the isle way." ERICK STEVENS defeated TIMOTHY THATCHER VICTORY BY: Doctor Bomb TIME OF MATCH: 26 Minutes 7 Seconds NOTES: "What a victory for the debuting Erick Stevens who had much less hoopla coming into this tour then his opponent who confronted Dan Severn at the end of the Wipe the Slate Clean Tour. Some tremendous chain wrestling throughout between these two BUT in the end a couple of things really decided this contest to the fury of Thatcher. First Stevens posted Thatcher outside of the ring which caused a bad gash over the left eye of Timothy, not to mention Dan Severn making an unexpected appearance at ringside which led to the Doctor Bomb Finish. Severn smirked at the bloody Thatcher as he left the building." 6 PERSON TAG TEAM GRUDGE MATCH BRENT BANKS & TYSON DUX & NICOLE MATTHEWS defeated Frontier Champion, JAKE SOMETHING & CURT STALLION & VEDA SCOTT VICTORY BY: Vancouver Maneuver FINISHER on Veda Scott TIME OF MATCH: 13 Minutes 35 Seconds NOTES: "Tremendous match, that saw the confrontation between Banks and Something on several occasions. Scott avoided any altercations with anyone throughout the match, until she took the hit for the team as Banks looked to finish off the Frontier Champion with a super kick, but Veda pushed the champ out of the way and took it right on the chin which led to Mathews hitting her finisher to get the victory for her team! Something and Stallion dragged Veda out of the ring screaming at the official as they make their way to the back to end the show." -END (6)

IMPACT WRESTLING'S, MIKE BAILEY CHALLENGES CURT STALLION "A confrontation between the two in the back after Bailey confronted Stallion after the Main Event 6-Person Match at 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour Episode 2. Bailey who was accompanying his real-life wife VEDA SCOTT to the event was furious to what happened to her during that match.
The Impact Wrestling star made it known that he was going after everyone that is responsible for what happened beginning with Stallion who in Bailey's eyes just stood in the ring and did nothing, Curt just blew the entire situation off and dismissed the enraged Bailey who went after Curt, officials pulled them apart and finally Mike went to be by Veda who was getting checked out by medical. Bailey will go one on one with Stallion in the Main Event of Episode 3 of this tour." TIMOTHY THATCHER "We can confirm that Thatcher is not medically cleared to compete for the remainder of this tour, due to the head injury sustained in his match against Erick Stevens, he will be cleared in time to compete back in Japan for MOAH'S next event. However, Mr. Thatcher has demanded a face to face with Dan Severn which we can confirm will happen during Episode 4 of this tour." BRENT BANKS"After a lengthy zoom call after 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour Episode 2 involving JUST WRESTLING owner Boston Rob Bennett and Frontier Wrestling owner Gabe72 it has been decided that Brent Banks will face Frontier Heavyweight Champion, Jake Something in the Main Event of the Tour on Episode 4. IF Mr. Banks wins the match he will receive a Frontier Heavyweight Championship shot at a future Frontier wrestling show."

JUST WRESTLING 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour: Episode Three August 22nd, 2022 MATT CROSS defeated TYSON DUX VICTORY BY: Two consecutive Death from Above FINISHERS TIME OF MATCH: 11 Minutes 36 Seconds NOTES: "A huge return match from Episode One of the Wipes the Slate Clean Tour, as Matt Cross returns from injury and exacts a bit of revenge on Dux who thought he had match won after a Northern Lariat but Cross would fight back and get the very hard-earned win that saw him have to execute back-to-back finishers to keep Dux down for the three count." P.N. NEWS & "BIRDMAN" KOKO B. WARE defeated WILLIE MACK & RICH SWANN VICTORY BY: Broken Record FINISHER on Swann TIME OF MATCH: 9 Minutes 57 Seconds NOTES: "For whatever reason fans have not come to like P.N. News at all, especially when he is mentioned with wrestling legends, and the fans were in shock when it was, he who after connecting with his finisher that got what many believe the victory against one of the hottest teams entering this tour Mack & Swann. After the match P.N. grabbed the microphone and began free styling to the major disapproval of the crowd. So much so that trash was getting thrown into the ring and Koko had to convince News to stop as they made their way to the back." CURT STALLION defeated MIKE BAILEY VICTORY BY: Buck Off TIME OF MATCH: 15 Minutes 53 Seconds NOTES: "Fast & Furious Main event with a lot of stiff shots by both, it seemed like a very personal match for both parties. Bailey locked in a triangle choke early on and looked to get the submission but to Stallion's credit he escaped and thanks to a JAKE SOMETHING appearance at ringside, Stallion looked for the win via a cobra clutch suplex but Bailey escaped the pin attempt. BRENT BANKS stormed to ringside and went right after Something as the two brawled into the first two rows of fans!
Speedball went for broke for a splash off the top rope and missed which left him open for Stallion's Buck Off for the victory! Curt Stallion goes back Japan and Pro Wrestling NOAH victorious. Before Curt left the ring he looked down at Mike and told him he (Bailey) let his wife down....and a good portion of the fans chanted YOU LET YOUR WIFE DOWN as Bailey was leaving the ring dejected with his head down to end the show." -END (7)

JUST WRESTLING 2022 Summer Blockbuster Tour: Episode Four August 29th, 2022 SON OF HAVOC (Matt Cross) & IVELISSE defeated THE HEX (Allysin Kay & Marti Belle)
VICTORY BY: Death from Above FINISHER on Allysin Kay TIME OF MATCH: 17 Minutes 18 Seconds NOTES: "Another very competitive match by the Hex in which they just come up short, this time to a surprise opponent from Lucha Underground fame Son of Havoc & Ivelisse. Marti Belle nearly had the match won thanks to her Hells Belles FINISHER on Havoc but Ivelisse not only made the save but took Marti outside of the ring and power bombed her on the hard wood floor of the bar! Havoc would win an excellent exchange of strikes against Kay that would eventually lead to his finisher getting the three for the hard-fought victory. It should be noted that when the Hex were leaving ringside after the match, they were given a loud please come back chants from the crowd." JEFF COBB (w/ Don Muraco in his corner) defeated BIFF BUSICK
VICTORY BY: Tour of the Islands FINISHER TIME OF MATCH: 10 Minutes 38 Seconds NOTES: "After the event some fans as they were leaving the venue, were saying that Jeff Cobb is the face of the company as his winning streak continues after an intense, physical match with the brawler from Boston, Biff Busick who at one point had the big man passed out thanks to his decapitating clothesline right into his half strangle hold but the former Olympian would survive (barely) and overpower his opponent which included a pump handle fallaway slam which would eventually lead to his finisher for another victory." FACE 2 FACEDAN SEVERN & TIMOTHY THATCHER "The two men stood toe to toe in the middle of the ring, when SoCal Val came into the ring and thanked the gentlemen for not having any physical confrontation here while she makes the following announcement, In January 2023 we will have the 16 SUBMISSON TOURNAMENT! A single elimination Tournament where the only way to advance is to make your opponent tap out! What I have with me today gentlemen is a contract for both of you to sign not only to be entered into the tournament BUT that you will face one another in the opening round of the tournament!
Without hesitation, without taking the eyes off one another both men sign the contract to make it official, Val calls in security to escort both men out of the building to end the segment! Who will be the other 14 participants in the first annual 16 Submission Tournament? We find out the field over the next few months, stay tuned!" CHAMPIONSHIP OPPERTUNITY MATCH If Brent Banks wins the match, he will receive a future Frontier Heavyweight Championship Match JAKE SOMETHING defeated BRENT BANKS VICTORY BY: Lariat to the back of the head TIME OF MATCH: 15 Minutes 53 Seconds NOTES: "It should be noted that Veda Scott was not at ringside per usual, as she is still recovering from a broken jaw that happened during Episode 2 of this tour. Brent dominated the champion like very few have been able to with moves like a Blue Thunder Bomb and a shovel driver BUT Something proves why he is one of the most dominate champions on the Filsinger boards, fighting back with fury via three consecutive fire thunder drivers BUT that was not enough but a nasty lariat to the back of the head was as the champion gets the victory via knock out!" *AFTER THE MATCH, JAKE SOMETHING GRABS THE MICROPHONE..... "What's my name? CHAMPION! Send this chump to the back of the line (as he looks down at Banks) so the next chump can get in line, and hey if this place ever decides to have a champion, give the Frontier Champion, yours truly a call THEN, NOW & FOREVER! * -END (8)

A little context for anyone reading this before I announce the next 4 Episode Tour for JUST WRESTLING. I have been playing Champions of the Galaxy since the mid 90's, I have been fortunate enough to meet some good friends through this game on numerous promoters fed groups through the years. This brings me to 2009 where a small group of us got together and began a multi fed group, which brings me to Tradition, my promotion I started on June 22nd and posted consistently till 2014. I stopped for a number of reasons and since then I have tried to restart it many many many times including earlier this year.
I then decided on this new promotion JUST WRESTLING and I have NO intention of stopping what I have slowly began with it, BUT I always seem to go back to the what if about Tradition.
So, I am going to celebrate what Tradition accomplished from 2009-2014 with an IN HONOR OF TRADITION Tour, with a lot of talent I used back then will be used over this 4-episode event in September 2022. For those that remember the original Tradition I hope you enjoy the blast from the past. For those that have no idea what I am talking about...lol if you decide to take time and read the posts, I hope you enjoy it just because. There will be some bigger names on this tour as I will be using talent that really were main stays for Tradition from 2009-2014 JUST WRESTLING Presents IN HONOR OF TRADITION Tour September 2022 Stay tuned for results, coming soon

JUST WRESTLING IN HONOR OF TRADITION Tour: Episode One September 6th, 2022 SOCAL VAL & TRACI BROOKS & ANGELINA LOVE ANOTHER NAUGHTY THREESOME Stand in the middle of the ring to the cheers of the fans as they welcome us to the show, for context they were the figure heads in charge of Tradition for most of its run and one of them if not all three would always welcome everyone to the show, as well as get involved in storylines (especially Val) but tonight they are here to celebrate. ERICK STEVENS defeated "FALLEN ANGEL" CHRISTOPHER DANIELS VICTORY BY: Sarasota Screwdriver FINISHER TIME OF MATCH: 16 Minutes 10 Seconds NOTES: These two would have quite the number of matches involving the Young Lions Championship along with Bob Sapp, Tyler Black, Brent Albright, Chris Jericho and more. Per usual with these two another stellar contest but in the end really what set up the finish was Stevens coming off the turnbuckle charging at Daniels and connecting flush with a pump kick as I said to lead to the finisher and the end of the match. THE MIDNIGHT EXPRESS (Bobby Eaton & Stan Lane) defeated THE IRISH AIRBORNE (Dave & Jake Crist) VICTORY BY: Slingshot Backbreaker from Eaton to Dave Crist TIME OF MATCH: 13 Minutes 26 Seconds NOTES: "One of the very first feuds of Tradition between these two teams weather the Tradition Tag Team Championship was on the line or not, which the Express held. These two teams picked up right where they left off, some tremendous tag team action which saw Dave Crist go for broke off the top rope via the elbow drop and miss and Bobby Eaton took care of the rest as Stan Lane and Jake Crist battled outside of the ring. KURT ANGLE defeated JERRY LYNN VICTORY BY: German Suplex TIME OF MATCH: 16 Minutes 29 Seconds NOTES: These two had an epic best of 7 series in 2010 for Tradition that really brought the best out of Angle after he lost his feud with Bison Smith, the Olympic Gold Medalist would really start questioning himself, enter Jerry Lynn and a masterpiece of wrestling would go to 7 falls with Angle getting the win, much like tonight, the crowd chanted you still got it throughout the contest, which had several near falls but in the end Kurt would have a little more in the tank against lynn thanks to a German Suplex. Both men exhausted after the match embraced and raised each other's hand in respect to a standing ovation from the crowd to end the show. -END (9)
