You would be hard pressed to get any more Northeast than Nova Scotia and we all know who was born there... ROCKY 'SOUL MAN' JOHNSON!
Speaking of which, my wife and I actually stopped into Amherst on our way home from New Brunswick a few weeks ago... We spoke to a guy who works at the local museum and knows Rocky's sister (Dwayne's aunt)... We had a pretty interesting conversation.
Yeah, I understand the odds... But, I will dream.

Maybe a mini-release. There seem to be some Legendary Ladies in the queue, but not enough for a full set. There is enough for a full set. Was coming to say the same thing.

I hope they decide if there will be a LOW women's set next year or not. If not these names need to start getting cards. I know some of the names could fit in this set so why not let one in? Or start dropping one in Prime or a women's special 4-pack. It would be great to see one women's card in this next set. If the LOW team already has a lady planned like I am suggesting then kudos to the LOW team! We need as many Legendary Ladies as we can get. Plus an April Hunter color card, please, pretty please!

If we are being realistic and discussing Legendary Ladies based in the North East territory that haven't already been released... who do we have?
Jumping Bomb Angels (probably unlikely unless the Filsinger team has been overseas recently) Wendi Richter (Could easily headline a Women's set) Medusa (I refuse to call her Alundra Blayze) (Could easily headline a Women's set) Bull Nakano (also unlikely unless the Filsinger team has been overseas recently) Victoria (Would be a fan favorite and a possibility) Luna Vachon (Would likely be hard to sign due to most of her family being dead) Jacqueline (Potential WWE deal, but possible) Sable (which I think is using the word "Legend" quite loosely)(Also probably hard to get a hold of living in the Lesnar compound in the wilds of Canada) Lita (Probably under a WWE deal) Gail Kim (Likely a possibility) Mickie James (Likely a possibility)
I would consider anyone after that far too new to be considered a Legend, though I am sure others would disagree with me. But if Candice Michelle and Michelle McCool float your boat, more power to you.
Anyhow, not sure this is the set for Lady Legends, but who knows!

Gail Kim can only improve any set she may be in.

It seems everyone wants these larger than life stars. I, being a man of culture, want Bobby Blaze, Brian Adams, Scott Norton, Ray Traylor, and any AWA tag team from the 1988-1989. We're not the same. Oh, they don't fit in this set? Well, they fit in my heart.

He fits in nicely with the Northeast "theme" as well as having use in my AWA fed. Adonis/Ventura as the "East/West Connection" or Regal/Ventura? A promoter can dream, can't he?

I'd mark out huge if we got The Body, but he is on the list of guys that I assume I'll have to use my wonderful Werner art bootleg of. Completely unrelated, I'll keep going back to it - if we this set somehow has Rude in it, I literally will not even care who the other eight to ten wrestlers are, as I'd be getting two of my top three wants in color. The Legends team continues to produce excellent signings, so I'll trust the process. Chad Olson, can you do me a favor though, if the Funks are signed, can we NOT call Dory Funk Jr. Hoss Funk? Thankssomuchbye.

You can only have so many main eventers at any given time but I always need mid-carders and lower card guys to freshen the shows up.

Oh, they don't fit in this set? Well, they fit in my heart. I'm the same way. You can only have so many main eventers at any given time but I always need mid-carders and lower card guys to freshen the shows up. My list is pretty low key if memory serves me right, Rick Rude is a far cry from being Main Eventer. Sure he main evented Summer Slam '90 and a few other shows, but he didn't go over in his main events. I think for most folks, I love the IC level wrestlers a ton. In my fed Lou Thesz is my traveling World Champion and my traveling tag team champions are the Fabulous Kangaroos. My Heavyweight Champion in my territory is yet to be determined but the big names at the singles level are: 1. The Crusher 2. Mad Dog Vachon 3. Rick Rude 4. The Destroyer 5. Don Leo Jonathan 6. Dan Severen 7. Jimmy Snuka (non-regular) 8. Roddy Piper (non-regular) My Midwest Heritage Title contenders: 1. Bobo Brazil 2. Mr. Perfect Curt Henning 3. Ted DiBiase (Black Glove) 4. Tully Blanchard 5. Dr. Death Steve Williams 6. Danny Hodge 7. Don Murroco (non-regular) 8. Hacksaw Jim Duggan (non-regular) I have about six or seven guys that are in for short stints and then rotate them out. I am choosing to focus on tag teams with the following top contenders for my tag titles: 1. The Blond Bombers (Bockwinkle and Stevens) 2. The Stranglers (Evan Lewis and Ed Lewis) 3. Sgt. Slaughter and Don Kernodle 4. Handsome Harley Race and Larry Henning 5. The Fantastics 6. The Red Army (Ivan Koloff, Nikolia Volkoff, and Boris Z. [freebird rules]) 7. The British Bulldogs (non-regulars) 8. The Powers of Pain (non-regulars) 9. Buddy Rose and Doug Sommers 10. The Pittbulls 11. Danny Doring and Amish Roadkill 12. The Sheepherders (non-regulars) Again I love the idea of being a tag centric fed, kind of like the WWWF before the '80s. When Patterson arrives in about five or six months that will give me enough time to move Nick B. to the singles side of things.
