I like EK. He brings a nice intensity to his promos. Probably helps that my first time seeing him was in Chikara.
Keep the dice dizzy, my friend.

I know he receives a lot of criticism for his physique/conditioning, but I think his appearance fits his personality... I'm definitely a fan.

Afternoon brother Pariah! I've gotta admit, of the three main branches of Filsinger Games product lines, the independents are the ones I'm the least familiar with. But as you once said to me - I'm buying what you're selling. Very entertaining last card the high point for me being James Jeffries winning that Cyclone SNAP! Ladder Royal, (and his second one in a row!). Did you invent that battle royal / ladder match hybrid? (Forgive me if that's a dumb question). But I don't put it past you inventing greatness. Go James Jeffries and I hope work has settled down some my friend!

Go James Jeffries and I hope work has settled down some my friend! Although I developed the rules for this particular type of Ladder Royal, I cannot take credit for its inception... Impact Pro Wrestling actually hosts a regular Ladder Royal of its own - I'm just not exactly sure how it runs... Like you, I thought it was very cool when JJ emerged victorious for the second year in a row... Let's see if he can capitalize on the opportunity and become a two-time IPW Unified Heavyweight Champion. Always stoked to see you on the boards, my friend... And very happy that you're enjoying this journey into the independent wrestling scene... Many thanks for staying tuned!

F1RST WRESTLING F1RST COME, F1RST SERVED 2023.May.12 First Avenue, Minneapolis, MN
Commentary: Darin Corbin & Effy
PART ONE
ETHAN PAGE def. Sonny Kiss. *** - Page pinned Kiss after a SPINNING DWAYNE. <Tokens: Page 1 - Kiss 2> - Furious that he was being forced to compete in the opening match, Page interrupted the introductions and began to insult the crowd. Kiss took exception to the remarks and attacked just as the referee called for the opening bell. <Kiss started on Level 2 Offense.> - Kiss delivered a thrilling performance, but it was not enough to keep Page down. As soon as he found an opening, Page retaliated with brutal efficiency.
ALLIE KAT def. Solo Darling, Heidi Lovelace and Miranda Alize in a Fatal Four Scramble. **** - Kat pinned Darling after a pump kick. <Tokens: Kat 7 - Darling 5 - Lovelace 4 - Alize 8> - These four women started brawling before the introductions were completed. Alize dragged Darling out to the floor where they began trading blows. <Darling started on OUT OF THE RING.> - A malicious double team by Kat and Alize nearly incapacitated Darling, but she managed to gulp down an energy drink which resulted in a Sugar Rush! During a wicked exchange out on the floor, Alize was busted open when Lovelace nailed a series of knee strikes that sent her head rocking against the metal ringside stairs. Darling attempted to land a suicide dive, but Kat cut her down to snatch up the win.
PEPPER PARKS (w/ Cherry Bomb) def. Laredo Kid. **1/2 - Parks pinned Kid after a VARSITY BLUES. <Tokens: Parks 2 - Kid 1> - Remaining completely calm, Parks allowed Kid to expend some energy while taking his full measure. As soon as the moment was right, he grounded Kid with a barrage of heavy blows. Bomb voiced her delight from ringside.
HIERARCHY (Jimmy Rave, Chip Day & Murder-1) def. British Strong Style (Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate & Trent Seven). *** - Day pinned Bate after a dropkick. <Tokens: Rave 2, Murder 2 - Bate 4, Seven 2 / Rave received DQ warning.> - Lots of quick tags kept the action moving at a brisk pace. Both teams fought hard until a smooth reversal by Day resulted in a flash finish.
Rhino marched towards the ring with Truth Martini following close behind. Holding up his beloved book, Martini proclaimed that he was going to guide Rhino to instant glory. In order to set this plan into motion, he issued an open challenge for anyone to face Rhino at the upcoming Missouri Wrestling Revival event, REVIVAL TIME!
TRISH ADORA & ALEX KANE def. Penelope Ford & Joey Janela. squash - Adora pinned Ford after a LARIAT TUBMAN. <Tokens: Ford 1> - The men did not even have an opportunity to legally enter the ring as Adora harnessed her anger to make short work of the opposition. - Effy conducted a post-match interview with Adora & Kane. A rude interruption by Janela served as a smokescreen that allowed Cherry Bomb to blindside Adora, leading to a wild brawl! Kane managed to fight past Janela, but was cut off by Pepper Parks. Security flooded the area to restore order.
INTERMISSION - Stay tuned for Part Two!

Wild end to the show. Nice win by Kat. Just realized there was nothing to indicate that was only the top half of the card (edited to correct)... Still more to come, my friend... Good times!
