Love your House Rules Pariah 🙂 Even if I do use some others, like handling DQs like in Soccer But using Weapons inside the Ring stays Roll once only. Great idea to use the Ring Personal Cards. I could borrow that

Love your House Rules Pariah 🙂 Even if I do use some others, like handling DQs like in Soccer But using Weapons inside the Ring stays Roll once only. Great idea to use the Ring Personal Cards. I could borrow that I actually used the 'yellow card - red card' method for disqualifications at one time - while playing my Lucha Underground inspired fed, Kingdom Of Truth... I actually enjoyed it quite a bit... But, I'm going to take a more traditional approach here since I'm basically reimagining a real-life promotion. Pleased that you're enjoying things so far, my friend... Should be posting the results for the first event very soon... Many thanks for checking in!

LEGEND KILLERS (Matty Star & Sparrow) def. Pillars (Brent Banks & Tyson Dux). ** - Star pinned Dux after teaming with Sparrow for an EAT DEFEAT/SUPERKICK. -- Tokens: Sparrow 1 - Banks 1, Dux 1 - Some underhanded double team tactics helped the Legend Killers maintain control of this encounter during the final stretch.
1 CALLED MANDERS def. Brian Pillman Jr and Wes Brisco in a Triangle Elimination match. ****1/2 - Order of elimination: 1. Brisco (1 token) pinned by Manders <snake eyes> after a LARIAT. 2. Pillman (5 tokens) pinned by Manders (6 tokens) after a LARIAT. - These competitors made an effective trio at ABSOLUTE ZERO, but it did not prevent them from pulling out all the stops in this important match. Manders relied on his proficiency as a brawler to counter the technical skills of the opposition. As a result, Manders was declared the number one contender for the IPW Unified Heavyweight Championship and will challenge The Big Picture at MADE OF SCARS.

Go Manders...one of my favorites. Nice little win by the Legend Killers as well. Even though I was rooting for Pillman, I think Manders will be a strong challenger for Picture's first title defense. Star & Sparrow are a fun team... I especially enjoy Star's persona... Only seen a couple of his promos, but he reminds me of Chris Jericho a little bit. Really appreciate the great feedback, my friend... Many thanks!

THE DEATH DEALER (w/ Justin Decent) def. Luster the Legend (w/ Adam Thornstowe) via DQ. ** - Luster was disqualified due to outside interference. -- Tokens: Luster 2 - There was already some bad blood between these two men due to a post-match ambush by Reno Scum that occurred at ABSOLUTE ZERO. Adding fuel to the fire was the recent announcement that Reno Scum would challenge Decent & Dealer for the IPW Unified Tag Team Championship at MADE OF SCARS. - This back and forth exchange appeared to be over when Dealer dropped Luster with a CUTTER. Realizing his partner was in trouble, Thornstowe blatantly broke up the near fall with a FROG SPLASH. Decent joined the fight, leading to a wild brawl and security was needed to pull the two teams apart.
ISAIAS VELAZQUEZ & FIVE DIRECTION (Rob Matter & Stevie Fierce) def. Matt Cross & AC/DC (Arik Cannon & Darin Corbin). *** - Matter pinned Cannon after teaming with Fierce for a BE OUR GUEST. -- Tokens: Velazquez 4, Matter 2 - Cannon 2 - A perfectly executed blind tag allowed Five Direction to knock Cannon completely off balance.
BROOKE VALENTINE def. Miranda Gordy. ***1/2 - Valentine pinned Gordy after a BEE STING. -- Tokens: Valentine 2 - Gordy 1 - Valentine cut a promo before the opening bell, stating that Shayna Baszler was unable to beat her head-on at ABSOLUTE ZERO and she was going to win this next match on her way to becoming the next IPW Ladies Grand Prix Champion. Without warning, Baszler rushed the ring and tried to smash Valentine with her title belt. Valentine dodged the blow and Baszler accidentally struck Gordy! Tossing Baszler out to the floor, Valentine immediately went to work. <Gordy added one token and Valentine started on Level 3 Offense.> - Gordy recovered from her vulnerable position and the crowd wound up cheering the efforts of both women as they delivered a hard hitting performance. With a sudden burst of steam, Valentine delivered a pair of fallaway slams that led to a powerful finish. As a result, Valentine was declared the number one contender for the IPW Ladies Grand Prix Championship and will challenge Shayna Baszler at MADE OF SCARS.

Brooke gets a nice win there and Baszler and Gordy might have some heat.

Brooke gets a nice win there and Baszler and Gordy might have some heat. It was an unusual run-in by the champ, but I rolled doubles with Gordy's unsuccessful PIN roll which triggered a roll on the outside interference chart (a new house rule which I'm taking for a test drive)... Gordy will probably be looking for payback at some point, without a doubt. Several irons in the fire and we're just getting started, my friend... Many thanks for staying tuned!

Louis Lyndon vs. Ugly resulted in a draw via double DQ. dud - Lyndon and Ugly were both disqualified <out of the ring> during a wild brawl. -- Tokens: n/a - Making a snap decision that he was not interested in a clean decision, Ugly took the fight out to the floor and grabbed his Ugly stick. Lyndon ducked the first swing and put Ugly down with a hurricanrana. The two men started trading blows and the referee was unable to restore order. - Ugly cut a promo after the bell, informing Lyndon that he had bigger things on his mind than a Felino Blanco that had lost his face. He was looking ahead to his tag team encounter at MADE OF SCARS that would pit him and Logan Black against the pairing of 'Speedball' Mike Bailey and the IPW Badlands Hardcore Champion, Malice. After he walked out of that match with his Ugly stick raised in triumph, he planned to beat Malice for the title.
JUSTIN DECENT def. Adam Thornstowe. *** - Decent pinned Thornstowe after a belly to belly suplex. -- Tokens: Decent 5 - Thornstowe 1 - Due to what happened during the earlier encounter between Death Dealer and Luster the Legend, the referee announced that both men would be banned from ringside for this match. With their respective teams set to face off for the IPW Unified Tag Team Championship at MADE OF SCARS, neither was pleased with this stipulation. - Despite an agonizing start, Decent endured all the punishment that Thornstowe could dish out. Thornstowe landed a FROG SPLASH, but Decent was able to get a foot on the ropes just in time to stop the count. With the full support of the crowd, Decent mounted a thrilling comeback.
AJ SMOOTH & CURT STALLION def. Fred Yehi & James Jeffries. **** - Smooth pinned Yehi after a KYFO. -- Tokens: Smooth 3, Stallion 2 - Yehi 4, Jeffries 1 - With the heat between these two impromtu teams continuing to escalate, Stallion refused to wait for the introductions and jumped Jeffries before the opening bell. <Stallion started against Jeffries on Level 2 Offense.> - Smooth was content for Stallion to handle the majority of the workload during this intense conflict. Pretending to have some kind of injury, he did not tag into the match until he was satisfied that he could control the pace. This strategy succeeded until Yehi and Jeffries managed to trap him in a corner. Stallion jumped into the mix and all four men started brawling inside the ring. As the referee was escorting Jeffries and Stallion back to their respective corners, Smooth stunned Yehi with a low blow. Yehi was unable to get back on track and Stallion tackled Jeffries off the apron to prevent him from making the save.

Decent and Death seem to have an early upper hand against Reno Scum.
