Anyone here watching Death Before Dishonor tonight?
I plan to do so. I still have my Honor Club account active from last year but I know they are restructuring Honor Club and my understanding is that this show won't be added to Honor Club until sometime after today?
I think Claudio defeats Gresham and FTR retains over the Briscoes.

Haven’t watched a live wrestling broadcast or bought a ppv in forever but the potentIal upside of the title matches on this card seem insane. That it can be recreated in the game doesn’t hurt either.
Probably a clean sweep for AEW (Gresham getting Tully gives me some hope that he is there for more than a cup of coffee but Claudio is, well, Claudio)
Garcia with a heel Nigel-esque Pure Title run sounds like money. Funny how the nature of the pure rules almost beg for a rulebreaker champion

Despite ROH being my long-time favorite promotion, I didn't have a lot of interest for this PPV. Then when it was announced that it wouldn't be on Honor Club and I would have to pay $30-40 to watch it, that was the last straw. I've been paying for Honor Club for the last six months with only one new PPV in that time. It's ok though. For all intents and purposes, this is just AEW with an ROH label slapped over the logo. And I don't care for AEW, nor do I watch it. And just because you have some ROH alumni on a card doesn't mean it's ROH. I've said it before - I equate this to when WWE restarted ECW. That wasn't ECW. And this isn't ROH. ROH is dead. Besides I'm watching the Circle 6 show tonight.

I’ll hold out hope for a One Night Stand and not a SyFy Zombie

BRISCOES vs. FTR and JAY LETHAL vs. SAMOA JOE is worth the price of admission alone IMO!

This tag match is amazing! I honestly liked it even better than their Supercard of Honor match in April and I was at that Supercard of Honor show in April! This was an awesome show!

“Motherf-cker, I love wrestling” - Dax Harwood
Predictable booking sure but still a very fun show of straight up wrestling matches. If this is a TKROH proof of concept, I think it definitely built some fan goodwill.
Our watch party’s gripes were mainly from production, some venues just eat sound and this seemed to be one of them for the ring noise and the entrance music. Commentary was solid even if Caprice can get a little too excited
Claudio/Gresham opening seemed like a legit last minute change up same as Nana replacing Tully. Claudio survives JGs usual limb attacks and then hits one very impressive power moves for a quick clean 3. Confetti flies everywhere and will now be attached to everyone working in the crowd for the rest of the night
6 Man Title didn’t perform nearly as well as the preshow’s. Crowd was receptive of Castke and his Boys but some bits just did not land. There’s a weird trend of Impact talent working AEW and Impact not getting any shine from it. Dutch and Bateman looked good, maybe throw Dan Barry in a white suit if Vincent sticks to Honor No More. Also if I had Castles physique, I would not be wearing a girdle.
Pure title had a great Young Lion dogfight feel, great visual of DG double birding the titantron with the PPV logo. This was just so much fun
Lee/Rush was fratricide by lucha libre, this would have stolen the show on any other card. Absolutely NASTY looking table spot
Womens Title had to follow Lee/Rush which was just not fair to them. Deeb had her working boots on in addition to taking a sick spider suplex, unfortunately the crowd was gassed in the first half but picked back up in the second
TV title was a good ol brawl with smart distractions from Lethals crew that helped to hide the wear and tear Joe has had over the last 17 years
And of course the main event for the tag titles was an absolute firefight of a MOTY contender. This match and FTR were both over as hell
Pure, Rush/Lee and FTR/Briscoes are ones to look out for. All in all what a night of rasslin!
