Good to know about Connor and who I'm assuming is Ms. Frankie Jay! ....... Well, if we're just going to go ahead and name names here. And Pariah, I think it was Stu who said it on the podcast, but turning a beloved face heel is the LAST thing you want to do. Especially in the independents. You want those people to pay to come back. UNLESS you have an up and comer ready to go that he can turn on. Then you've got the old favorite versus the new guy. IPW as an example, you've got that popular 20 year old kid (whose name I'm blanking on right now). He keeps improving and then you've got a one/two dynamic between him and Jeffries. James turns on the kid and you've got the instant new number one face and heel in one angle. Just an example. Basic black hat/white hat booking.

Could not agree more with what you're saying here, my friend... Right now, Jeffries vs. Curt Stallion (who is playing a magnificent heel) is probably the hottest program in my fed... As FG promoters, we are SO FORTUNATE to have a multitude of awesome indy talent, who are not bound by real world contractual obligations, at our fingertips... And I've been gradually filtering some of that talent into my fed... At some point, I'm fairly confident that just the right recipe will present itself and then... BANG! I'm pulling the trigger and 'Gorgeous' James Jeffries will tell all those sycophantic fans right where to go! LOL Also, I wanted to express my appreciation to the entire UT Crew for plugging my IPW fed... I'm having a wicked time and have always enjoyed sharing my projects with the community... Many thanks!

Another great episode and another great weekend. Yes, the plan on Trivia night was to get Cory nice and loose as I knew he would have to be the brains that carried us. It worked, his "Minnesota Boxing and Wrestling Club" answer was the key to our victory at trivia night as our captain came through and we took the top prize! Great weekend hanging out with the legends crew Cory Olson Chad Olson TDalton Mike M. Some personal highlights of my weekend were: Riding to and from Cedar Rapids and Waterloo with Jim Ross as well as some small talk with him. Thursday night with the boys! Obviously "What happens in Waterloo, stays in Waterloo" doesn't apply here since Cory's Thursday night is now public, but great time with Chad, Cory, Mike, got to meet Jared from Denmark and hang out with him as well. Got to hang out with both Taggarts this last weekend which was awesome "Emperor Norton" (Mark T). Mark's wrestling knowledge is incredible, plus we share the same interests in collectibles. I finally got the lowdown on what "Park Golf" is, as I had no idea until Tim explained it to me. Some of the wrestling legend talent that I had a good time talking to, as it is such easy access there, were Brian Blair, James Beard, Bob Schoop, Rock Riddle, Baron Von Raschke, and John Nord who was awesome. Trish of course, was as great as everyone says as she gave everyone a lot of time and I did get her FG card autographed. I was the first one to get Mike Rotunda's FG card signed, and he really liked it when I had him sign it as he hadn't seen it prior to that. Chad did his normal amazing job running the weekend. Mike and his boys accompanying James Jeffries in the main event at the IPW show was super fun. I know I am leaving out some details, but can't wait to go back next year and see the award recipients for the 2023 event. I became a lifetime member last November and will continue to produce my fund raising cards this next year to continue to support this organization. The only real disappointment was not being able to talk to Jerry Brisco this year as his untimely COVID didn't allow him to attend.

Highly entertaining episode, gentlemen... I'm actually listening to this one for a second time because there was just so much being talked about and I want to make certain that I didn't miss anything... Thoroughly enjoyed all the stories surrounding a very eventful HOF weekend... And let me just say this -- I am TOTALLY turning James Jeffries heel in my IPW fed as soon as the opportunity presents itself... Maybe I can have him join forces with Deva to start the Midwest version of the New Vibe! I'm certain that stu would be onboard... Good times! I wholeheartedly endorse the Deva angle Pariah!

The rumors of my demise were greatly exaggerated, I kid. The 1st half of TnT was a blast finally getting to meet in person the crew Cory, Chad, Tim, Mike, Todd, Sam, Will, Emperor Norton, & 'the' Harker Dirge and just as things were getting really good in the IPW show as stated on the podcast I was struck down.
It's a 'good' thing I had severe food poisoning 1 other time in my life about 20 years ago as I would have thought I was dying from the pain and knew I had to ride the pain out Friday night and just deal with the pain and discomfort all day Saturday which had me miss all the festivities and then leave 1st thing Sunday morning for an international flight. The only good thing is if I had fallen ill Saturday night there would have been no way I could have made a long International bumpy flight due to the food poisoning.
Regardless it was great to have Thursday evening the day on Friday to talk Filsinger games and Hall of Fame and even though I only got about half the experience it just makes it that much more interesting to come back again and get the FULL experience. And stay away from the fried mushrooms at Single Speed...

Another nice episode. It sounds like a goodtime was had by all at the Hall of Fame weekend, I hope to attend someday.

I'm going to assume Ms. Frankie Jay's reaction to the Taggarts was similar to Hogan's reaction to the Hebners on the Main Event. "IDENTICAL! IDENTICAL! IDENTICAAAAAAAAALLLL!"

Great episode. Especially loved Thunderbolt’s promo Thanks, Grant! I asked Thunderbolt to say "This is Thunderbolt Patterson and you're listening to Uncharted Territory," and that he could add in anything else he wanted. He succeeded in adding what he wanted. I remember hearing stories about when T-Bolt was an active wrestler and they would give him the bullet points to cover in a promo for a match at the Omni or somewhere else. He would often stray off topic. I will definitely keep this audio in some form as a bumper for future episodes!

The sad thing is, I hear the story of T-Bolt giving directions, and I hear myself in 20 years.
Loved the episode!
