I've been working on this chart for when you have 2 or more feds in competition with each other. I'd love feedback and suggestions to make it better
2. One of your rival's champions wants to defect
3-4 You poach wrestlers from your rival. 1d6 to see how many
5-6 Rival signs some of your wrestlers. 1d6 t see how many.
7-10 Nothing
11. You lose a champion to your rival
12 after intense negotiations you merge with your rival.

Not bad. I would adjust the roll of 12 to something like a second roll and have different options there with another 12 leading to a merge. Don't think you want to risk a merge to easy/quickly. Also, you have lose a champion but what about signing a champion away? I mean you have they WANT to but not that you signed them. One last thing, you may want some chart to decide the level of guys that are poached from one company to the other. Instead of $ amount it could be Rahl ratings. Like you can sign 100 of Rahl so maybe sign a couple guys with Rahl of 40 and one guy with 20 as just an example. All depends on how deep you want to go.

Maybe an Alternative to the Merging on a 12:
11: #1 Contender or Previous Champion poached by Rival (See ya Bret)
12: Champion defects with the title (See ya Mike Awesome)
