AWC Reborn Card 6
The AWC Commissioner, Thakur the Oppressor appears on the screen, sitting at his desk.
Thakur: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am the commissioner of the AWC, Thakur the Oppressor. As Commissioner, it is my duty to make sure every judgement call I make is fair and reasonable. During the quarterfinals of the Heavyweight Championship tournament, Malice attacked the Overmaster after winning his match. Before, I decided to postpone my decision on Malice’s punishment, but tonight, I’m willing to make that call. I am here to announce… Malice will not be suspended or face any punishment for his actions.”
The crowd is shocked by the news, thinking that maybe Thakur is going a little soft.
Thakur: “HOWEVER, I will have one thing to say regarding him. The Aethran Overmaster is set to return on Card 10. Malice, get ready for that card, as you’ll face the Overmaster, in an Aethran Deathmatch!”
The crowd cheers and they are excited for that potential matchup in four cards from now.
Thakur: “Thank you everyone, and let’s have a great show tonight!”
The cameras cut off before heading to the ring for the first match of the night.
Destina (1) d. Aethran Soldier via Pinfall (DESTINY’S SPIN) .5*
It was a back and forth battle between Destina and the soldier, with the soldier even hitting a Gladiator Piledriver onto Destina. It didn’t get the win, but it did cause Destina to reel a bit. After a perfect Gladiator Piledriver from Destina coming off the ropes, she hit the DESTINY’S SPIN to win the match.
After the match, Apex appears in Thakur’s office, asking him for a Heavyweight Championship match for Card 7. Thakur grants the match, but it will be a non-title match. If Apex wins, then he’ll get the championship match for Card 9, but if he loses, then no championship match for him.
Apex heads out of the office as Thakur looks at the camera, announcing that we’re ready to get back to the action.
As Brute and Massacre make their way to the ring, Mayham and Crush run in and whack Brute and Massacre with steel chairs, knocking them both down. Both Mayham and Crush were able to get Brute into the ring and continue the offense to start the match.
Original Gladiators (Brute (1) & Massacre (1)) d. Mayham (1) & Crush via Pinfall (THE CLEANSING) .75*
Mayham would try to continue the attack on the outside, only for Brute to fight back and throw Mayham back into the ring. After a diving elbow drop from the 400 pound Brute, Massacre would be tagged in and he hit the Clenasing twice in a row to win the match.
Thakur mentioned this as a return to form for the original Gladiators, and now it’s time to hype up the next live event on Aethra, that being Card 8. The Gladiator Rebellion and Gladiator Z will continue their feud as Alpha Female will get her payback on Destina in a Rylock Rod match. The AWC Tag Team Championships will be on the line in the main event, and whether Mayhem Unleashed will be one of the opponents or not is up to a match later on tonight.
After the hype, the cameras head back to the ring for the next match.
Necro Butcher “Gladiator of Aethra” d. Mayhem (2) via Pinfall (NECRO BOMB) 1* SQUASH
The match would only last three moves as Necro Butcher would hit the Aethran Spike, the CHOOSE DEATH, and finally the NECRO BOMB to put Mayhem away.
After the match, Havoc and Rage would come out and attack Necro Butcher from behind, getting into a violent nature while Mayhem starts to recover. While Necro Butcher was still good to go, he couldn’t keep the resistance going for too long. Scar tried to even up the playing field, but it was not meant to be. It would eventually end with Rage and Havoc hitting DEATH AFTER DEATH, followed by the LEAP OF DOOM from Mayhem. To wrap it up, Havoc would hit the TYRANT NIGHTMARE onto Necro Butcher, leaving him defenseless and unable to fight. The Rebellion would head to the back, yelling that if it’s a war they want, they’ll get it.
Scar checks up on Necro Butcher as they place him on a stretcher.
(Necro Butcher is injured for 10 fight cards.)
As the Gladiator Rebellion head to the back, they meet Thakur who is not too pleased with the actions of the group, and he orders them off the premises and fines them $5,000 in Aethran currency.
(Mayhem, Rage, and Havoc are suspended for 4 fight cards.)
Once Thakur gets back to his studio, the AWC Women’s Champion, Storm is there for a sit down interview, and Thakur is more than willing to give her the time.
Thakur: “Well Storm, what’s on your mind tonight?”
Storm: “Thakur, you know damn well what’s on my mind! This “bleep”, Thrash and her “Elite” friends thought it was okay to come in and attack my partner, Bulldoze, after their match. You know what, Thrash? You seem like you’re bitter that you lost to me last time, and I’ll make it happen again. I’m challenging you to a match on the next card! Since I’m generous, I’ll even put my Women’s Championship on the line, you “bleep”ing “bleep”!”
Thakur gets a smirk in his eyes.
Thakur: “I like the sound of that, Storm. I’ll even up the stakes some more. What do you say we go ahead and make this match, a First Blood Match!?”
Storm smiles and shakes Thakur’s hand.
Storm: “Thank you Thakur. You always knew how to be a fair commissioner.”
Storm heads out, but then Spike and Paralyze enter the office.
Thakur: “Hey guys, what can I do for you?”
Spike: “Thakur, I’m not one to ask for much, but seriously, why did you suspend out opponents for tonight!?”
Thakur: “They broke the rules, and so I did what was right.”
Spike: “What would have been right is allowing us the chance to kick their sorry asses before they left the building like they were Elvis wannabes! Now we don’t have any opponents for tonight. How do you plan on fixing this?”
That’s when Dark Menace appears in the office.
Dark Menace: “Well, it seems like you guys want someone to fight? Well, we have the guys. Last time, Siege single handedly defeated your greatest tag specialist, and now we can run that dance back. So let’s run it back twice. Siege is in the building alongside Apex, so let’s have the team of Gladiator Domination take on you two in a tag team match for the ages?”
Spike and Paralyze look at Dark Menace and nod.
Spike: “You’re on. Why don’t we do it right now!?”
Thakur: “I agree, let’s have Apex and Siege against Spike and Paralyze in a match right now. But not just any match, let’s have a Cosmic Cage match!”
The crowd cheers and everyone is ready to fight. They all head to the ring as the Cosmic Cage lowers. Once in, the bell sounds and the match is underway.
Spike (2) & Paralyze (3) d. Siege (1) & Apex (2) in a Cosmic Cage match via Escape (throw into cage) 2*
It was a back and forth match between both teams with neither of them wanting to give an inch. The only finisher that was hit throughout the whole match was the AETHRAN CRIPPLER, and that didn’t even finish the match. After a bit of back and forth, Paralyze and Siege were in the ring when Paralyze threw Siege into the cage, knocking him out cold, allowing Paralyze to escape while Spike dealt with Apex.
After the match was over, Disaster came out and attacked Siege some more, busting him open as Spike hit the Atomic Spike onto Apex. Afterwards, Spike and Paralyze would set up and hit the TEAM PARALYSIS onto Siege, causing damage to his neck. As the Gladiator Elite made their way to the back, Fist ran in and checked on his partner to make sure he was okay.
(Siege is injured for 2 fight cards.)
After the match, Rumble would appear in Thakur’s office for another sit down interview.
Thakur: “Ladies and gentlemen, I am here with Rumble, of the Aethra Supremacy group. So, you have a bit of history with Category Five and Torment, having injured Overkill before the tag team tournament finals and even getting in the ring with you and Malice. Do you have anything you wish to say to them?”
Rumble: “Right now, I’m saying that Category Five and Torment are not on our level. They can’t beat me when I’m with Overkill or with Malice. Simply put, we’re better than them in every way imaginable, and as long as we stick together, we’re going to keep rising to the top of the AWC, whether as singles or tag team champions.”
Category Five and Torment then enter the office unannounced and start shouting at Rumble. Rumble eventually loses his cool and shouts back, leading to a shouting match before Malice ran in and decked Torment from behind. A brawl ensued and the two teams had to be split up. Thakur only laughed and told the cameras to head back to the ring for the next match.
Turmoil (6) w/The Leveler d. Mayhem Unleashed (8) via Pinfall (TRIPLE SUICIDE) 5*
In one of the most intense matches the AWC has seen up to this point, Mayhem Unleashed and Turmoil did everything they could to beat each other down, with Turmoil sacrificing his own body to do a boat load of damage to Mayhem Unleashed. The Leveler stood around menacingly as Mayhem Unleashed and Turmoil fought on the outside. Even though Mayhem Unleashed was close, Turmoil was able to hit one final TRIPLE SUICIDE to end the match.
Afterwards, Rush would enter and help his partner up to his feet. Mayhem Unleashed got up on his own and he walked over to Turmoil as the two of them shook hands. A sign of respect from one competitor to another, Mayhem Unleashed exited the ring and headed to the back as Rush got a microphone.
Rush: “Well, that’s one potential challenger down, but I heard that a certain duo wanted a shot at our gold. So we’ll see about making it happen. On Card 7, I want Brute in one on one action. From there, we’ll deem how worthy you two are of being our first challengers for the AWC Tag Team Championships on Card 8. We’ll see you there.”
Rush, Turmoil, and The Leveler head to the back as the crowd applauds them.
Thunder (1) w/Thrash d. Fist (5) w/Dark Menace via Pinfall (THE TEMPEST) 3*
It was a mostly one sided match with Thunder hitting big moves on Fist over and over again until Fist found an opening and tried to take advantage. He would hit the WEAPONS finisher once, but that’s the only opportunity he got to hit a really big move throughout the whole match, as Thunder would constantly go for pins and THE TEMPEST, with one final TEMPEST being enough to win the match.
Thunder would celebrate in the ring after the match as Storm would attack Thrash from behind out of nowhere, leading to a brawl on the outside. Fist and Thunder rolled to the outside as fast as they could to separate the two women, who continued having a shouting match as the cameras faded to black.

AWC Reborn Card 7
Alpha Female d. Aethran Soldier (1) via Pinfall (SLAVE NO MORE) .5* SQUASH
It was a one sided battle with Alpha Female showing her skills and completely destroying the soldier. After two SLAVE NO MOREs, the Aethran Soldier was down for the count.
Thakur talks about how Alpha Female is on her own in this federation and how that may come back to bite her later, but on the topic of women, the camera heads to Thrash who is sitting in the Gladiator Elite locker room.
Thrash: “Storm, you wanted this match with me, and now you got it. Tonight. I’m going to step in that ring and make you bleed. You may have beaten me last time, but now, there’s no way you can sneak by me, and there’s no way you’ll beat me. I am the original female Gladiator, and there as been no woman in any era that has been on my level!”
The cameras then head back to the ring where the next match is taking place.
Santon the Loner d. Scar via Pinfall (Deathjump counter) DUD
The match was back and forth with no pins done by either side, but suddenly, as Scar went up to the top rope, Santon caught him and countered the dive to get a surprise win over Scar.
Thakur is in the studio again, saying that he’s disappointed in Scar, but stuff like that happens, and hopefully he’ll bounce back. In the mean time, the cameras head to Storm’s locker room and she’s standing nearby Apex and Fist.
Storm: “Alright Thrash, you may be the original, but there’s one thing people always say. When the original is outdated, you update the formula and make it better. Tonight, I’m going to prove that I am your update. The last encounter was not a fluke, and when you see your own blood, you’ll know for a fact that I am a deserving AWC Women’s Champion, and I will be that champion until I die.”
The cameras then head back to the ring for tag team action.
Category Five (6) & Torment d. Thunder (4) & Disaster (2) w/Paralyze via Pinfall (PRISON BREAK) 3*
In an intense back and forth match, both teams pulled out all the stops to try and win the match, with Torment saving Category Five twice and with Thunder and Disaster using their best offensive moves. When Category Five started risking his body, however, that’s when a hole in the defenses appeared and both Category Five and Torment would hit the GLADIATOR PILEDRIVER onto Thunder. Paralyze did distract the referee, but Category Five would hit another big move and followed it up with the PRISON BREAK to get the win.
Thakur talks about that tag team match and how the Gladiator Elite can’t seem to find a good combination of wrestlers in their force to form a great tag team. However, they do have one successful wrestler, and that’s the current AWC Heavyweight Champion, Vengeance.
Vengeance appears in a boiler room holding the AWC Heavyweight Championship on his hands.
Vengeance: “So, Apex, I heard you wanted a shot at this AWC Heavyweight Championship. Now if you were a wrestler that appeared in the tag team tournament, like Havoc or Scar, then maybe I’d be more open to it. However, you wrestled in the Heavyweight Championship tournament, where you were a semi finalist. As a reminder, I won that tournament, and I beat the one that you couldn’t beat, and that was Malice. Now, if you can beat me tonight, then I’ll give you that shot, but you better be prepared to go through hell and high water, because I’ve made countless opponents suffer, and you’ll just be the next on my list.”
The cameras then head back to the ring where Brute and Rush are preparing to fight.
Brute d. Rush w/The Leveler via Pinfall (BRUTE FORCE) DUD
This was a short match that saw Rush unable to overpower Brute, and Brute used his body and power to hit Rush hard and force him down, eventually finishing him off with the BRUTE FORCE.
Thakur declares that on Card 8, it will be Brute and Massacre against Rush and Turmoil for the AWC Tag Team Championships, but now it’s time to determine with another championship match will be set up for Card 9, as Apex takes on Vengeance in non-title action.
Before the match gets underway, Apex charges the ring and attacks Vengeance, leading to a brawl between them for a short moment. After a while, Apex wins the brawl and takes control.
Vengeance w/Paralyze d. Apex (1) w/Dark Menace via Pinfall (HELTER SKELTER) .5*
It was a short match that saw Vengeance fight back from Apex’s grasp and hit the Eye Cleaver. While Apex did fight back, he was unable to keep a big amount of momentum, allowing Vengeance to take advantage of Apex’s weakened eye and hit the HELTER SKELTER to win the match.
Thakur appears and is disappointed that there will be no AWC Heavyweight Championship match on Card 9, but to not fret, as more challengers could potentially come along and make a challenge themselves, should they want to. However, what’s more important is that the main event of this card will be underway shortly, and the AWC Women’s Championship will be on the line.
Both Thrash and Storm enter the ring with no outside assistance for anyone. This will be just a straight up fight between two rivals for the AWC Women’s Championship.
AWC Women’s Championship Thrash (4) d. Storm (7) (c) in a First Blood Match (FEMME FATAL) 5*
In a gruesome fight between these two rivals, neither one of them seemed willing to go down easily to the other. While Thrash had a lot of control early on, Storm fought back and found an opening, dealing some damage to Thrash. Eventually, however, Thrash was able to stop the onslaught and hit the FEMME FATAL one more time to force Storm to bleed.
“Here is your winner and the NEW AWC Women’s Champion, THRASH!”
Thrash celebrates in the ring with the AWC Women’s Championship in her hands, showing her triumph over the entire division. Having given Storm her first loss, the blue haired Aethran walked to the back in anger in disappointment. The rest of the Gladiator Elite came out and celebrated with Thrash. Paralyze held her up high as the cameras faded to black.

AWC Reborn Card 8
Monolith d. P3 (1) via Pinfall (CATASTROPHE) .5* SQUASH
This was a one sided match with the P3 fighter not getting in a single level of offense against the returning Monolith. After an out of the ring brawl, Monolith hits the “I BREAK YOU” and the CATASTROPHE to win the match.
After the match, Thakur is in the studio with AWC Heavyweight Champion, Vengeance, and they talk about the matches they had when Monolith enters the studio and attacks Vengeance from behind. He hits the “I BREAK YOU” before leaving Vengeance on the ground.
(Vengeance is injured for 1 fight card.)
The cameras head back to the ring where tag team action is taking place.
Disaster (1) & Paralyze w/Thrash d. Malice (1) & Rumble (1) via Pinfall (TEAM PARALYSIS) .75*
It started as a back and forth match until Disaster hit a big move on Malice, allowing Disaster to tag in Paralyze. After a bit, they would hit the TEAM PARALYSIS onto Malice, forcing Rumble to make the save and hit a big move onto Disaster, allowing Malice to get a cover. Disaster would kick out, but then Malice would tag in Rumble to try and keep the momentum going. It wouldn’t work and Disaster would hit the Atomic Spike before covering Rumble. Afterwards, Disaster tagged in Paralyze again and they hit the TEAM PARALYSIS to win the match, despite Malice’s best efforts to make the save.
Wolf (1) d. Evolution (6) w/Doomsayer via Submission (SAVAGE FACE CLAW) 3.5*
It was a back and forth match to start, but after a bit, Wolf ended up finding an opportunity to strike and constantly dove to the outside of the ring, landing on Evolution and doing more damage. Wolf would eventually kick in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW, and despite Doomsayer’s best efforts to distract the referee, Evolution was forced to submit.
Thakur appears in his studio again when Ultimatum comes in and sits down.
Thakur: “Welcome back, Gladiator Hunter. I just want to ask you a few questions and we’ll be on our way. Why are you wrestling on Aethra?”
Ultimatum: “I wrestle on Aethra to show that I am the best wrestler in the galaxy, and that I’m not going to mess around. These Aethrans think they’re mighty and superior to everyone, when they are nothing more than selfish and egotistical maniacs.”
Thakur: “Okay, speaking of Aethrans, you wrestled against Evolution on Card 3, and he injured you afterwards. You just saw him lose to Wolf, so do you have any words for him?”
Ultimatum: “Evolution, we know you’re smart enough to realize when not to do anything stupid. Unfortunately, you did exactly that. You and Doomsayer can say all you want about how you’re mighty and tough, but you lost two matches in a row, and you are going to continue losing. And it’s not going to be our own failings, but it will be because you decided to become my first prey.”
Thakur: “Well, there we have it. Back to the ring!”
Before the next match, Spike makes an appearance and stands at ringside next to Thunder. Solitude only smiles as they get in the center.
Thunder (1) w/Spike d. Solitude (4) via Pinfall (THE TEMPEST) 2.5*
It was a back and forth match between Thunder and Solitude with both of them wanting to get the upper edge over the other, and nearly doing so at least once. Thunder would dive to the outside of the ring at times, and he would eventually hit THE TEMPEST not once but twice to win the match.
Alpha Female d. Destina (3) in a Rylock Rod match via Pinfall (SLAVE NO MORE) 1.5*
It was a one sided match, with Alpha Female winning a test of strength to bring Destina down. Alpha Female would grab the Rylock Rod and threw a massive clothesline using the rod. Afterwards, Alpha Female threw Destina outside the ring, threw her into a steel post and slammed the rod into Destina’s head. Alpha Female would then hit the SLAVE NO MORE to win the match.
AWC Tag Team Championships Rush (1) & Turmoil (3) w/The Leveler (c) d. Brute (3) & Massacre (1) via Pinfall (ADRENALINE RUSH) 2*
It was a back and forth match between both teams, with neither side wanting to give an inch, but things escalated when Turmoil hit the TOTAL TURMOIL onto Brute twice and followed it up with the CHAOS IN THE CROWD. Massacre was able to stop it and hit a big move on Brute, causing him to nearly pin Rush. The match would eventually reach its conclusion when Rush and Massacre were in the ring. Rush would hit the ADRENALINE RUSH and win the match for his team.
After the match, Rush and Turmoil celebrated their first successful defense of the AWC Tag Team Championships as The Leveler came in and lifted up both gladiators. They sit on the tall Leveler awaiting their next challengers as the cameras fade to black.

AWC Reborn Card 9
The show begins in a studio like room with LED lights featuring thunder clouds, shooting out lightning. In the middle is AWC wrestler, Thunder.
Thunder: “Welcome to the Thunderdome! Tonight, my special guest is the AWC Heavyweight Championship finalist, and thorn in the side of the Gladiator Elite, Malice!”
Malice enters the studio and sits down.
Thunder: “So, Malice, I have a few questions for you. First off, you have a match against my compadre, the Aethran Overmaster on the next card in an Aethran Death Match. What are your thoughts going into that match?”
Malice: “The Overmaster may be an elite in your eyes, but to me, he was just another obstacle on my path to the AWC Heavyweight championship. So I beat him, and to make sure he wouldn’t do anything else, I beat him down some more. The injuries he suffered were just the consequences. Come Card 10, I’ll do a lot worse. I’ll make it so the Aethran Overmaster barely walks and ends up with a Pin rating of 6 (3) instead of 5 (2).”
Thunder: “Malice, what the heck are you talking about?”
Malice: “Read a book, Thunder.”
Thunder: “Anyway, I wanted to ask, because I am legit curious. How does it feel, knowing that you were close to winning the AWC Heavyweight Championship, only to lose to Vengeance? On top of that, how does it feel knowing that your little “Aethran Supremacy” group couldn’t beat the team of Disaster and Paralyze on the last card? I should point out that they weren’t the main tag team of the group while I’m at it.”
At that point, Malice gets a little ticked off and stands up.
Malice: “You seem to talk a lot for an Aethran who’s only 250 pounds. I’m nearly 100 pounds heavier than you, so you better watch your mouth.”
Thunder: “If I can be quite candid with you, Malice, you’re an idiot. You seem to forget who amongst us was a GWF Heavyweight champion. Not you, but me. Sure, you may be bigger and more powerful, but when people talk about the Gladiators, guess who they want. That’s right, ME. THUNDER!”
Malice: “Keep talking little man. Or instead, I’ll shut you up myself. How about you and me tonight, inside that ring!?”
Thunder: “You know what? I like the sound of that. I accept!”
Malice then walks out of the studio as Thunder stares on.
Thunder: “Well, that’s it for the Thunderdome. I’ll see you guys out there later tonight!”
The cameras then head to the ring for the first match.
Ultimatum d. Aethran Soldier (1) via Submission (STAY AND PERISH) .5*
It was a somewhat back and forth match until Ultimatum locked in a crossface choke, forcing the Aethran Soldier down. After a brutal move outside of the ring, Ultimatum locked in the STAY AND PERISH, driving knee after knee in the Aethran Soldier’s skull, forcing him to tap out.
Thakur appears in his studio, discussing how violent Ultimatum seems to be, and Thakur actually smiles, enjoying the thought. Speaking of violence, this next match could get a little ugly, so a special referee was called to help calm things down.
The referee selected seems to be a more stern referee compared to the usual referees seen in the AWC, and he also seems impatient.
Overkill & Rumble (2) d. Mayham & Crush (2) via Pinfall (DECAPITATOR) 1*
It started off with Mayham getting a great amount of control over Rumble somehow, even hitting him with the BACON BITS. It was when he tagged in Crush, however, when things started to fall apart. Crush went for the SURRENDER, only to miss entirely and give Rumble the chance he needed to fight back and tag Overkill into the match. Overkill would keep destroying Crush, even hitting him with the TURNBUCKLE TRAP. While Crush did kick out, Mayham was knocked off the apron, leaving him to be a non-factor for the rest of the match. After a bit more violence, Overkill and Rumble hit the DECAPITATOR to win the match.
Thakur appears in his studio again, this time with an Aethran slave standing nearby. That’s when AWC Women’s Champion, Thrash enters the studio. A skit plays out which eventually ends with Thrash bench pressing the slave around 10 times before placing him down and patting his head. The cameras then head back to the ring for the next match.
Scar d. Mayhem Unleashed via Pinfall (DEATH BY AETHRAN) DUD
This was a short match which saw Scar and Mayhem Unleashed take risks that they didn’t need to take. It would eventually end when Scar hit the DEATH BY AETHRAN to win the match.
Thakur talks about the match in his studio, but then he turns the feed over to the Gladiator Elite’s locker room, where Spike is standing by.
Spike: “Monolith, you may be one of the biggest men in the AWC, but that doesn’t mean a thing to me! You decided to injure the Heavyweight Champion, and my ally, Vengeance. Tonight, I plan on doing some pain to you for that. You may have beaten a P3 fighter, but I promise you, that you’ll never beat the Gladiator Elite!”
The cameras then head to the ring for the next match.
Gladiator Siege (Fist & Siege (5)) w/Dark Menace d. Evolution (8) & Doomsayer via Pinfall (running fist smash) 3.25*
In an intense match, both Siege and Evolution took a lot of damage, taking blow after blow, with Evolution barely surviving some big moves, alongside some help from Doomsayer. It doesn’t go over too well, however, and Fist was eventually able to hit a running fist smash to finally keep Evolution down.
Thakur appears in his studio again alongside Crush, who just recovered from his match. The recovery doesn’t last long, however, as Category Five and Torment enter and give Crush a wedgie. Torment then slams Crush down to the ground and allows Category Five to hit the HURRICANE AETHRA on Crush. The two of them laugh as Crush struggled to get up.
The cameras then head back to the ring for the match between Thunder and Malice.
Thunder (3) w/Thrash d. Malice (4) via Pinfall (flying gutbuster) 3.5*
In an intense back and forth match, both Thunder and Malice gave it everything they could in that match, leading to a lot of pin attempts on each other. Thunder favored the double underhook DDT for a while, but after a little while, he switched it up and hit the flying gutbuster to win the match out of nowhere.
After the match, the Aethran Overmaster appears from the crowd and he charges at Malice. While Thunder just stood around, the Overmaster set Malice up in the turnbuckle and hit s devastating REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER, causing Malice to tumble to the outside of the ring. Malice was escorted to the back by Rumble and Overkill while Thunder just looked at him.
(Malice is injured for 2 fight cards.)
Thakur talks about the match and the surprise appearance of the Aethran Overmaster. After a while, the cameras cut to Monolith, who is standing by himself.
Monolith: “Spike. You are a fool to challenge me. I was cleansed, like you and your puny Aethran friends. Last time, I broke Vengeance. Tonight, I break you.”
The cameras then head to the ring for a #1 contenders match, with the winner challenging for the AWC Women’s Championship.
Storm (5) d. Alpha Female (7) via Pinfall (VICTORY LAP) 5*
In an amazing back and forth match, both Storm and Alpha Female gave it everything they had to win. Alpha Female looked like she was going to win early when she hit the DIRE STRAPH four times in a row, but Storm was able to fight back and hit the MILITARY PURGE and the VICTORY LAP multiple times. The match remained even despite the damage done by the finishers, but one more VICTORY LAP was enough to win the match for Storm.
After the match, Thrash comes out and looks at Storm, who’s eyeing to regain the AWC Women’s Championship. Thrash smirks and heads to the back.
Both Spike and Monolith enter the ring for the main event, and Paralyze shows up to assist Spike during this encounter.
Spike w/Paralyze d. Monolith (6) via Pinfall (MEGA DESTROYER) 3*
It was a match that started with Monolith taking the brute of a lot of punishment, but he was unable to get anything substantial against Spike himself. Eventually, Spike was able to finish off Monolith with one final MEGA DESTROYER.
After the match, Spike is planning on celebrating when Monolith attacks him from behind as well as Paralyze. Despite the duo’s best efforts, Monolith proves difficult to stop, as Monolith goes up and hits the CATASTROPHE onto Spike and Paralyze before heading to the back in a rage.
Spike and Paralyze are able to get up and walk to the back as the cameras fade to black.

AWC Reborn Card 10
Wolf w/Brute d. Mayham (1) via Submission (SAVAGE FACE CLAW) .5*
Mayham started in control for a bit of the match, but he made a mistake when throwing Wolf into the ropes, allowing the original gladiator to hit a Gladiator Piledriver before raking the face, landing a Deathjump, and locking in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW to win the match.
Thakur is in the studio with Crush talking about Wolf’s win and how it may push him towards bigger things in the AWC. After a discussion, they go back to the ring where the ring announcer is waiting.
As the AWC Women’s Champion makes her way to the ring for this non-title match, Destina charges the ring with something to prove, attacking Thrash and throwing her into the ring post, giving Destina a huge advantage in this upcoming match.
Thrash d. Destina (4) via Pinfall (FEMME FATAL) 2*
It was a match Destina had control of early, but she could never capitalize on it, as Thrash would eventually fight back, hitting the Neck Thrasher multiple times and the FEMME FATAL twice to win the match.
Thakur is and Crush talk about Thrash’s big win when suddenly, they receive word about the next big live event. Card 12 will be live from the Aethra War Dome, and it will feature three big title matches, with Storm and Thrash battling for the Women’s Championship in a match type of Thakur’s choosing. The Tag Team Championships will be on the line as Rush and Turmoil will take on the team that wins in the semi-main event tonight, as Overkill and Rumble take on Siege and Fist. Finally, Vengeance will defend the AWC Heavyweight Championship against Monolith. All of this and more on Card 12 of the AWC.
The two continue talking when suddenly, the feed cuts off and we head to a press conference. The host is talking a bit until suddenly, Havoc, Mayhem, and Rage of the Gladiator Rebellion all make their appearances. They sit down with Havoc telling the host to ask their questions.
Host: "You guys have been off of the AWC for quite a bit of time now for your attack on Necro Butcher. Now that you’re coming back, what’s going to be your goals?"
Havoc: "Let me make this clear. What we did was justified. Gladiator Z injured Strafe and cost her a chance to enter the Women’s Championship finals. We were not going to take that lying down, so we did what any Aethran would do. Thakur suspending us was complete hypocrisy in my mind. If he wants to make that choice, then he’s going to have to accept that we aren’t going to let him walk all over us. The best way to show our dominance will be to go after the gold. You heard it here. The Gladiator Rebellion are going after the champions of every division!"
Host: "So, are the tag team and singles wrestler going to remain the same going forward, or are there going to be changes going forward?"
Rage: "What kind of question is that? The truth is, we’re all good singles wrestlers, and over the past little while, we’ve been working on our tag team work as well. I think all of us have a shot in every role, so what you get will not always be the same team!"
Host: "My final question goes to Mayhem. You’re 0-2, having lost to Malice and Necro Butcher. How do you expect to bounce back?"
Mayhem gets angry at the host and starts to stand up, only for Havoc to force him to stand down.
Mayhem: "The same way I know. I’m going to beat up anyone and everyone, using my care free style to do it."
The host thanks all of them for their time and look forward to seeing them in action on Card 11.
Paralyze & Disaster w/Thunder d. Aethra Reckoning (Mayhem Unleashed (4) & P12) via Pinfall (TEAM PARALYSIS) 1*
It was a back and forth tag team match with the bigger Disaster and Paralyze team doing great work over the debuting tag team of Mayhem Unleashed and P12, with the big men working over Mayhem Unleashed quite easily. They did hit the TEAM PARALYSIS on Mayhem, but P12 would make the save. After a big of back and forth, Mayhem would tag in P12 who would fight off the two big men, only to be caught up by Disaster who then tagged in Paralyze. From there, the duo hit TEAM PARALYSIS again, and with Mayhem Unleashed unable to make the save, Disaster pinned P12 for the three count.
Thakur and Crush talk about how Disaster and Paralyze are doing pretty well as a tag team. They even consider the idea of Disaster and Paralyze being a regular tag team going forward. They receive word of an interview and go to the studio where Evolution and Doomsayer are sitting down with an interviewer.
The interviewer asks a few questions about the two before suddenly, a man walks into the room before looking at Evolution and Doomsayer.
Evolution: “Who are you and what do you want!?”
?: “Relax, compadre, I mean no harm. I’m just here to check out the surroundings. So far, everything seems in order.”
Doomsayer: “While I’m not one for fighting, you have a bit of nerve to be here, especially on an interview set that doesn’t seem to concern you.”
?: “Did I interrupt your interview? I’m sorry. Anyway, you two be nice and continue doing your thing. Have fun.”
The man walks away. After a bit of thinking, Evolution and Doomsayer decide to leave to not give the press any negative attention.
Apex (with the Dark Menace) and Solitude enter the ring for their match, but then commissioner Thakur gets on the microphone.
Thakur: “Hold on you two. I just thought about this match, and I think it deserves a little bit of fire. So, how about we bring in a special guest referee that I know very well. A man who calls it down the middle and is familiar with how Aethrans handle business. Please welcome the senior referee to the core, MASSIF!"
Massif makes his way to the ring from the backstage area, and while some Aethrans are not fans of the big guys, he makes it clear that he wants to see these two fight, and that he’ll not do anything to compromise this match.
Solitude (1) d. Apex (3) w/The Dark Menace with Massif as the Special Guest referee via Pinfall (GLADIATOR POWERBOMB) 2*
It was a back and forth battle, but when the Aethrans looked to battle on the outside, more often than not, Massif actually stepped in to prevent the action from spilling to the outside. While the wrestlers were fine, it wasn’t exactly popular with the Aethran crowd. Dark Menace tried to get involved, but he ended up getting decked by Solitude on the outside, causing Apex to get ticked off and unable to get back into the match as a final GLADIATOR POWERBOMB would secure the win.
Thakur and Crush talk about how Massif handled his first night as a referee, with Crush impressed by how well Massif handled himself. After a bit of discussion, the cameras cut to the Aethran Overmaster standing in the locker room.
Aethran Overmaster: “Malice, tonight, you and I will fight in an Aethran Death Match. You decided to injure me, and now I decided to injure you. Except this time, I’m going to keep laying the beatdown on you, in this match where you will fight for your life. Be ready to suffer Malice, as that’s all you are going to feel."
The cameras then head to the ring for the next matchup.
Gladiator Siege (Siege & Fist (1)) w/Dark Menace d. Rumble & Overkill (1) via Pinfall (AETHRAN CRIPPLER) .5*
It was a back and forth tag team match between the two teams, with the faster individuals doing some solid base work while Siege and Overkill did damage, with Overkill hitting the TURNBUCKLE TRAP on Fist to get a 2 count. From there, however, Fist and Siege would fight back, eventually hitting the SIEGE AND STORM, causing Rumble to break up the pin. However, Siege would immediately follow with the AETHRAN CRIPPLER to get the 3 count.
Thakur and Crush talk about the new number one contenders and what this could mean for Rush and Turmoil’s tag team championship reign. After a small discussion, the ring is set up for the Aethran Death Match main event. Malice and the Overmaster step into the ring for a brutal matchup.
Aethran Overmaster d. Malice (1) in an Aethran Death Match via Pinfall (REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER) .5*
This was a short match as the Overmaster hit a face palm before missing a running shoulder. Malice would try to set up the Overmaster on a door, but as he jumped, the Overmaster moved out of the way, causing Malice to crash through the door. The REIGN OF THE OVERMASTER would then be enough to put Malice away.
After the match, the Overmaster looks at the heap on the floor before suddenly, Overkill and Rumble charge and attack the Overmaster. They continue the attack for a bit when suddenly, the lights go out. When they come back on, Rumble is seen in the ring, prone and down on his leg, when a masked individual charges in and hits a boot to Rumble’s face, causing him to fall to the ground. He then looks at the Overmaster before taking off his mask. The crowd is shocked as to who is underneath the mask. The Overmaster is surprised too, but no one watching the Holovision knows who was underneath the mask. And they won’t find out until later as the cameras face to black.

AWC Reborn Card 11
Storm (2) w/Dark Menace d. Aethran Soldier (2) via Pinfall (VICTORY LAP) 2*
It was an evenly contested matchup for a bit, with the soldier even hitting two Gladiator Piledrivers. Unfortunately for the Soldier, Storm would showcase her dominance after a bit and hit the VICTORY LAP to secure the win.
After the match, Thakur makes his appearance in the ring while looking at Storm.
Thakur: “Storm, you and Thrash are going to fight at the Aethra War Dome for the AWC Women’s Championship. It is my duty to make this match as important to both of you as possible. So I decided to make this… a Cosmic Cage match!”
The crowd cheers this big news before Thakur heads to the back to get to the studio, where Crush and Mayham are waiting. All three of them proceed to talk about the card at the War Dome.
- As previously announced, Thrash will defend the AWC Women’s Championship against Storm in a Cosmic Cage match. - The Tag Team Championships will be on the line as Gladiator Siege take on the defending champions, Rush & Turmoil. - The Gladiator Rebellion’s Havoc and Alpha Female will take on Gladiator Z’s Scar and Destina in mixed tag team action. - An Aethran Ultimate Escape match was signed as Malice, Overkill, and Rumble will take on the Aethran Overmaster, Disaster, and Paralyze. - Finally, the main event will see Vengeance defend the AWC Heavyweight Championship against Monolith.
All of this and more at the AWC Supercard event at the War Dome.
The cameras then head back to the ring for the next match.
Mayhem (3) w/Strafe d. P3 (5) via Pinfall (LEAP OF DOOM) 4*
It was a brutal back and forth battle as Mayhem hit the P3 fighter with multiple big moves, trying to put him away. The P3 fighter would also attempt to recover on the outside, only for Strafe to get involved. Eventually, one final LEAP OF DOOM from Mayhem would be enough to secure the win.
The studio trio talk about the recent match and how the Rebellion could be bouncing back, but then Thakur received word that the Gladiator Elite locker room is wanting some time on the show. The feed then cuts to Thunder, Paralyze, and the current AWC Heavyweight Champion, Vengeance all sitting together.
Vengeance: “Thunder. Any word on whether Spike is going to be here or not?”
Thunder: “Man, unless he’s in a match, we never know with that big guy. If he is, then he is, but if not, then hey, we still have the big man here.”
Thunder then taps Paralyze in the chest.
Thunder: “Tonight, we got Category Five and Torment in tag team action. While they are a formidable team, they’re not going to beat us, Vengeance. Heck, if need be, I can handle everything so you can stay fresh for your Heavyweight Championship match against Monolith at the Aethra War Dome.”
Vengeance: “Don’t worry about doing the heavy lifting, Thunder. In the Gladiator Elite, we are equals, set on showing the world by we were former GWF Heavyweight Champions. And we’ll show why I am the King of Aethrans in this promotion, through hell and high water! Monolith won’t be a match for me, and Category Five and Torment will not be a problem! We’ll go out there and beat them down.”
Thunder: “Hell yeah!”
The cameras then head back to the studio, discussing the main event for the night before going back to the ring for the next match.
Ultimatum d. Overkill (3) via Submission (STAY AND PERISH) 1.5*
It was a back and forth battle at first with Overkill unwilling to stay down, but then a few out of the ring brawls led to Ultimatum getting the upper hand, hitting a few Face Removers before locking in the LEAVE AND LIVE, only for Overkill to keep on fighting. Ultimately, Ultimatum would lock in the STAY AND PERISH to force Overkill to submit.
The studio sees Thakur talking with Crush and Mayham, all of them not big fans of Ultimatum’s tactics. They receive word of Category Five and Torment in the back, ready to say some words.
Category Five is looking at the camera as he speaks, while Torment stands tall with his arms crossed.
Category Five: "Vengeance and Thunder, the AWC World Champion and a bigmouth. When you two step into the ring with us, you’re stepping in there against two guys that have been thorns in the side of Aethra’s legal system for the past who knows how many years! As a reminder, Thunder, we beat you and Disaster a little while ago, and now we’re going to do the same tonight! So you better be ready for a beating, because we’re going to GLADIATOR PILEDRIVER you on top of your Thunderdome!”
Torment nods as the cameras head back to the next match.
Gladiator Rebellion (Havoc (4) & Rage) w/Strafe d. Original Gladiators (Brute & Massacre) via Pinfall (FALLEN DREAMS) 1*
Brute and Massacre worked over Havoc for quite a bit with them eventually hitting the DECAPITATOR. While Rage was able to make the save, it came at the cost of Rage being thrown out and with Brute hitting a Gladiator Piledriver, only to get a 2 count. Brute threw Havoc into the ropes, but Havoc would come charging in with a big clothesline to somehow take the big man down. Afterwards, Havoc hit the FALLEN DREAMS to get the 3 count.
Thakur, Crush, and Mayham talk about the recent tag team match, mentioning that the originals seem to be losing a step in the battle for tag team gold. Though speaking of, an upcoming match could get pretty ugly, which acts as the cue to go to the ring announcer for the next match.
As the ring announcer makes his call for Turmoil, Fist comes charging in, attacking Turmoil with a right hand. Turmoil goes down, allowing Fist to start the match in control.
Fist w/The Dark Menace d. Turmoil (5) via Pinfall (WEAPONS) 2.5* SQUASH
Fist would hit a picture perfect Deathjump to get a Pinfall attempt, before proceeding to beat down on fist with the Air Raid, multiple ARMAMENTS, and multiple enhanced WEAPONS, with one final WEAPONS attack being enough to get the three count.
After the match, Turmoil is helped to the back, momentum not on his side anymore. Fist and Dark Menace celebrate as they look to do it again come Card 12.
Before the main event starts, Thunder and Vengeance look at Paralyze, who just shakes his head. That’s all the information they need, before the three of them head out to the ring for the main event.
Before the match gets underway, the referee suddenly decides to throw Paralyze out of the match. The Gladiator Elite are irate about this, but Paralyze heads to the back, realizing nothing can be done to change the referee’s mind.
Category Five (2) & Torment (2) d. Thunder (1) & Vengeance (4) via Pinfall (Cyclone Kick) 2.25*
It was a back and forth battle between the two teams, with Vengeance and Thunder constantly tagging in and out, but big moves were definitely thrown with Vengeance hitting the AETHRAN MASSACRE, Thunder hitting THE TEMPEST, and Torment and Category Five hitting the GLADIATOR PILEDRICER. However, none of these moves would be enough to put anyone away, especially with pin saves involved. It would be Category Five who puts it away as he hits a Cyclone Kick on Vengeance to get a pin over the champion.
After the match, Vengeance and Thunder head to the back while Category Five and Torment celebrate the win. Suddenly, Thakur comes out to say something.
Thakur: “Hold on there, Vengeance. I think we witnessed a serious moment in this main event. As such, I think it’s time to announce something big. Vengeance, you’re defending the AWC Heavyweight Championship against Monolith… and Category Five!”
The crowd went completely crazy at the news. A triple threat match for the title!? Category Five smirks at the news, ready to fight Monolith and Vengeance for the title on Card 12.
The crowd chant Thakur’s name as the camera fades to black.

AWC Card 12 SUPERCARD Live: Aethra War Dome
The Aethra crowd is excited for some wrestling action featuring their favorite gladiators when the lights go out, and LED lights of thunder and lightning turn on. After a little while, the ring lights up, showing Thunder.
Thunder: “Welcome to the Thunderdome! Tonight, the AWC will host an amazing night of action, but first, it’s time for the Lightning to strike before the THUNDER, with this special edition of my show. Tonight’s special guest, representing a thorn in our side, APEX!”
Apex makes his way to the ring before stepping inside. He grabs a microphone and is ready for the interview.
Thunder: “Apex, I gotta ask you one question. What are your thoughts going into tonight’s show? I mean, your Allie’s are challenging for the Tag Team and Women’s Championships.”
Apex: "While I’m glad to be part of a team that has greatness on it, I’m a Gladiator that wants to wrestle more than anyone, and the fact that I’m not on the card tonight is insulting. I want this rectified as soon as possible!"
Thunder: “Well Apex, you could have been a part of the card, had you won your previous matches. Unfortunately, you didn’t beat Vengeance. So that means you’re not on the card.”
Apex: “Shut it tiny one! You’re lucky that I’m not in the mood to squish you like a bug inside this ring. You’re just like the rest of your Elite kind. Self centered and stupid! You never recognized greatness when it stares at you in the face.”
Thunder: “Now that’s not very nice. If you want to prove you’re great, then start winning matches again. Afterwards, I’ll make the judgement call on that.”
Apex then leaves the ring, cutting off the Thunderdome segment before heading into the next match.
Gladiator Z (Scar (3) & Destina (2)) d. Gladiator Rebellion (Havoc (4) & Strafe (1)) via Pinfall (into the turnbuckle roll up) 2.5*
It was a back and forth battle between the two teams, big moves being hit on both sides either neither one wanting to give an inch. Big moves were hit, but nothing would put away the other. Eventually, however, Strafe would make an error and run herself into the turnbuckle, allowing Scar to roll her up and get the 3 count.
After the match, Havoc and Strafe get a little infuriated at the loss, and they go after Scar. Destina tries to get in, but she gets knocked out for her troubles. Havoc hits the Wreaking Havoc on Scar before Strafe hits Scar with the DIRE STRAPH to put Scar out cold.
Havoc and Alpha Female head to the back where Thakur informs them of the required training, and back in the ring, medics check on Scar to make sure he is alright.
(Scar is injured for 7 fight cards.)
(Havoc & Alpha Female are in remedial training for 3 fight cards.)
Wolf (3) w/Brute d. Solitude (6) via Submission (SAVAGE FACE CLAW) 4.5*
In a hellacious back and forth battle, Solitude was always fighting an uphill one as Brute made sure Solitude couldn’t go to the outside of the ring. Wolf took advantage of this time and time again whilst he was constantly kicking out of GLADIATOR POWERBOMBs. Eventually, however, Wolf would lock in the SAVAGE FACE CLAW to get the win.
As Wolf and Brute went to the back, Solitude got up and Thakur greeted him, telling him that he needs some training.
(Solitude is in remedial training for 1 fight card.)
AWC Tag Team Championship Rush & Turmoil (1) (c) w/The Leveler d. Gladiator Siege (Siege (1) & Fist) w/The Dark Menace via Pinfall (CHAOS IN THE CROWD) .5*
It was a very short match as Fist took control of Turmoil early before tagging in Siege to hit the AETHRAN CRIPPLER. Turmoil would kick out, but suddenly he would counter a Deathjump into a pin, taking control from there before hitting the CHAOS IN THE CROWD to get the surprise win.
Rush and Turmoil celebrate with the AWC Tag Team Championships as Siege and Fist head to the back, arguing about the situation. Menace tries to keep them level headed, but then Thakur walks in and tells the challengers that they need more training, causing the two of them to argue even more as they walk away.
(Siege and Fist are in remedial training for 6 fight cards.)
Evolution (1) w/Doomsayer d. Mayhem (6) via Pinfall (Evolutiondriver) 3.5*
With Strafe absent, Evolution had Mayhem to himself. Doomsayer would get in some shots on the big Gladiator, which allowed the more powerful Evolution to keep control for the match. Eventually, a final Evolutiondriver would secure the 3 count.
Mayhem heads to the back in defeat, and that’s when Thakur informs him of the news.
(Mayhem is in remedial training for 1 fight card.)
AWC Women’s Championship (Cosmic Cage Match) Storm d. Thrash (2) (c) via Escape (VICTORY LAP) 1*
In a sadly anti-climatic match, Storm laid in a serious beatdown on Thrash with a few good moves, hitting the MILITARY PURGE to great effect. Eventually, it would end with Storm hitting the VICTORY LAP, which would be the final move before Storm escaped the cage.
As the cage lifts up, a defeated Thrash looks at the new Women’s Champion, holding the championship high with her arms. Storm went to the back with the title, and Thrash would stay in for a little while until she finally made a move, going to the backstage where Thakur was waiting.
(Thrash is in remedial training for 6 fight cards.)
Aethran Ultimate Escape Match
Escape Order 1- Malice 2- Aethran Overmaster 3- Disaster 4- Paralyze
Gladiator Elite (Aethran Overmaster, Disaster, & Paralyze (3)) d. Aethran Supremacy (Malice, Overkill (1), & Rumble (5)) 1.5*
It was a match that seemed like it was going in the favor of Aethran Supremacy at first, isolating Paralyze from the team, with Malice even getting out first with assist to Overkill. However, the Gladiator Elite would isolate the inexperienced Rumble to hit big move after big move, but even with Overkill trying to prevent the escape attempts, all three of the Elite members escaped with no problems.
After the match, Malice was enraged at his teammates, and he would storm out with Overkill helping Rumble to the back. Once they got there, Thakur gave all 3 of them their marching orders.
(Malice, Overkill, & Rumble are in remedial training for 6 fight cards.)
AWC World Championship Monolith (5) d. Category Five (6) & Vengeance via Pinfall (CATASTROPHE) 3.66*
It was a hellacious matchup with Monolith and Category Five taking the brute of the punishment. Vengeance tried to get opportunities to sneak in, and there are times where he seemed like he could get the wind but he never truly had an opportunity to get in a big pin. Eventually, Monolith would put Category Five in his place with the CATASTROPHE, and with Vengeance unable to make the save, Monolith pinned Category Five for the 3 count.
Monolith celebrated with the AWC World Championship as Vengeance and Category Five went to the back. Thakur informed the two of the training.
(Vengeance and Category Five are in remedial training for 6 fight cards.)
Monolith celebrates when suddenly, Apex makes his way to the ring. He makes a challenge for the the AWC Heavyweight Championship. They stare each other down as the cameras fade to black.

AWC Reborn Card 13
Spike (2) w/Paralyze d. P3 (3) via Pinfall (MEGA DESTROYER) 2.5*
It was a back and forth battle inside the ring between the two Aethrans until Spike escaped to the outside of the ring. From there, he took advantage and threw the P3 fighter into the steps. After an Atomic Spike and a few more beat downs outside of the ring (thanks to Paralyze), Spike hit the MEGA DESTROYER to win the match.
Thakur and Crush talk in the studio especially about how Spike put on a good fight with the P3 fighter and how it’s nice to see him back in the ring. That’s when they receive word about Rage wanting to speak to the audience before the main event. The cameras cut to a cage where Rage is sitting inside.
Rage: “Tonight, I’m on my own. Tonight, I’m going to take on Apex in singles action. Now Apex, you’re representing the New Age Gladiators loud and proud, but the Rebellion never dies. As long as one of us remain standing, the Rebellion will live on! So bring on the Menace, bring on Gladiator Storm, bring on anyone you desire! Because I’m going to beat you inside the ring tonight, and I’ll work toward making my claim as the man to stop Monolith and bring the AWC Heavyweight Championship back to Aethra!"
The cameras then head to the ring for the next match.
Original Gladiators (Brute & Massacre) w/The Guardsman d. Evolution (4) & Doomsayer via Pinfall (BRUTE FORCE) 1*
It was a one sided match where Massacre messed around for a bit before hitting an elbow drop. After that, he hit the Gladiator Piledriver before hitting THE CLEANSING and the DECAPITATOR. Doomsayer would make the save, but then Brute threw Evolution to the outside, allowing The Guardsman to get in a brutal beatdown on Evolution. Afterwards, Brute hit the BRUTE FORCE to get the win.
Thakur and Crush talk about the Original Gladiators’ new bodyguard and how he might play a role in the future success of the team. Afterwards, they receive word that they have a live event to announce.
It’s going to be at the Castilex Amphitheater, currently being run by Aethra after an attack on the place. The Liberators and The Foundation are going to have a battle going on, and the Aethrans are invited to get in on the action. Storm, Rush, Turmoil, and whoever wins tonight’s main event will be chosen to represent the Aethran planet in battle.
The cameras then head to the ring for the next match.
Bulldoze (2) w/Dark Menace d. Destina (3) via Pinfall (Decimator) 2.5*
It was a back and forth battle between the two women with Dark Menace trying (and sometimes failing) to get involved when Destina went outside. After a little bit of back and forth, Bulldoze would hit the BARRAGE, and while Destina did kick out of it, a final Decimator would put Destina away.
Thakur and Crush talk about the match and how Destina was fighting valiantly, but to no avail in the end. Afterwards, they send the cameras to a press conference that happened a little while ago, featuring Disaster.
Disaster was talking about how he’s ready to represent the Gladiator Elite with Vengeance out of the picture when all of a sudden, the Gladiator Hunter, Ultimatum crashes the party! Ultimatum attacks Disaster, causing the Aethran to fight back. They battle back and forth for a bit until Aethran guards break them up and Thakur steps in. After asking the interviewer for a microphone, he quiets everyone down before speaking.
Thakur: “Seems like you two want to fight. Well, we have a show, and we have wrestling, so let’s take this action to the ring!”
The crowd cheers when they hear the news, and then the cameras cut to the ring, where they notice a familiar face. It’s Massif, and he’s been asked to referee this match to make sure no funny business happens.
Ultimatum (5) d. Disaster (2) via Pinfall (turnbuckle counter) 3.5*
It was a back and forth match with Disaster giving the most punishment, with Massif being lax at points, but not when it came to a Deathjump Disaster was attempting to perform. Disaster got down and then proceeded to try and beat down Ultimatum some more until he threw him into the corner. From there, Ultimatum countered a corner splash and rolled Disaster up for the 3 count.
After the match, Ultimatum gets up, but Disaster is furious that he got beaten like that. He attacked Ultimatum from behind and beat him down until hitting the RAMPAGE. Massif forced him back and sent Disaster to the back. Ultimatum was rushed to the hospital where it’s suspected he suffered an injury from the finishing move.
(Ultimatum is injured for 6 fight cards.)
Thakur and Crush talk about how much of a sore loser Disaster seems to be, with Thakur justifying that he got humiliated at the press conference and in the ring, so Ultimatum was due some repercussions. Afterwards, the cameras cut to the New Age Gladiators locker room, where Storm was checking on Bulldoze to make sure there were no serious injuries, and the Dark Menace was standing next to the tower that is Apex.
Dark Menace: “As you all saw, Bulldoze dominated her match against Destina, meaning that the Women’s Division in the AWC is ours for the taking, having the top two women around and no one able to challenge us. But tonight, we’ll do something even grander. This guy right here, Apex, will beat down the Rebellion’s Rage and secure another spot as a member of the Aethra team going into Castilex. They say it’s going to be a warzone, well I say it’s going to be a path of destruction for the New Age Gladiators!”
Apex then smirks at Dark Menace.
Apex: “Tonight, I beat Rage. In Castilex, I beat whoever they throw at me. And soon, I will beat Monolith to become the AWC World Champion. No hard feelings for anyone in my path, as domination is one thing, but I simply want to wrestle, and if winning means I get to wrestle more, then so be it.”
The cameras then head back to the ring for some singles action.
Rush (1) w/The Leveler d. Screw (2) via Pinfall (THE TEMPEST) 1.5*
It was a back and forth match between Screw and one half of the tag team champions, with both of them giving it everything they had. Rush had the numbers game, however, and when he threw Screw to the outside, The Leveler got involved and beat down on Screw. After a little more back and forth, Rush hit the ADRENALINE RUSH to get a 2 count and then THE TEMPEST to get the 3.
Thakur and Crush talk about the match and how Rush using the signature move of Thunder may rub him the wrong way. Speaking of Thunder, he’s in the back with the Twin Towers of Destruction (Aethran Overmaster and Paralyze), talking about the game plan.
Paralyze: “Any word on whether or not Spike will join us at ringside?”
Thunder: “You think we’re going to get a word out of him before he shows up? He shows up tonight, but I haven’t seen him since his match against that P3 fighter.”
Overmaster: “I’m certain whatever he’s up to, he’ll inform us of the plan sooner rather than later. For now, we have other things to worry about, like the new tag team on the block, Aethra Reckoning.”
Paralyze: “Those two are smaller than us. It will be no problem for us to crush them with our hands. We are the Elite for a reason, one that a puny P12 fighter wouldn’t understand.”
Thunder: “Hey! For the record, before I became who I am, I was also a P12 fighter, but I rose through the ranks to get where I was. Meanwhile, that fighter got jealous of some friends not seeing his “worth”, so he went and joined up with a Mayhem that looked slimmer than the one I know.”
Overmaster: “No matter. They may be small, but their speed will be no match for our brute strength. We will go out there, win this match, and put the Twin Towers of Destruction on the map for the AWC Tag Team Division.”
Afterwards, the Twin Towers make their way to the ring for their match. After a little while, Spike actually made his way to the ring for once, being at the ringside area for the Twin Towers of Destruction. Thunder heads to the back as the tag team match gets underway.
Twin Towers of Destruction (Aethran Overmaster (4) & Paralyze (1)) w/Spike d. Aethra Reckoning (Mayhem Unleashed (2) & P12 (5)) via Pinfall (Ballistic Head Butts) 3*
In a back and forward tag team match, both teams gave it everything they had in the fight, with Spike even getting involved with a few moments, but nothing to drastic to change the outcome of the match. After several big moves from both sides, Mayhem Unleashed would miss the LEAP OF DOOM on the Overmaster, who proceeded to capitalize with some Ballistic Headbutts to put Mayhem Unleashed down for the 3 count.
Thakur and Crush appear in the studio one final time before the main event, talking about Spike actually being out at ringside to support his team and how the Twin Towers of Destruction may prove to be a formidable tag team going forward in the AWC, all while giving credit to Aethra Reckoning for standing their ground despite it being their second match as a tag team. The cameras then head to the ring for the main event.
Rage d. Apex (6) w/ Dark Menace via Submission (RESISTANCE IS FUTILE) 3*
Apex could not get anything really going in this match after missing the Running Front Spike. Rage kept Apex grounded for so much of the match, inside and outside the ring, forcing the P1 fighter into many uncomfortable situations. Dark Menace constantly tried to get involved with a distraction when Rage had ALL THE RAGE locked in, and when Rage had the RESISTANCE IS FUTILE locked in, Storm and Bulldoze stormed the ring to try and get Rage off, and while it did work for a bit, Apex was unable to keep the momentum going after missing a Deathjump. From there, Rage locked in the RESISTANCE IS FUTILE one more time to win the match.
Afterwards, Rage celebrated in the ring as Apex was seen limping to the back, clutching his arms in the process. The Dark Menace was furious, but nothing could be done now. Rage held himself up with pride, now representing Aethra in the Battle for Castilex as the cameras fade to black.
