I ordered some movies from Walmart and last night I got a text that one of them, the last one, had been delivered. I was so happy and planned on watching it when I got home from work. I got home, opened my mail box and found the packing envelope and it was as flat as a pancake. Actually flatter. No DVD case in there. Nothing in there but I think the packing slip. I had not opened it in case I had to show it to someone from Walmart to prove I had not removed the DVD. I got online last night to complain. After going thru some hoops and waiting their response was to refund my money. I did not want the money; I wanted the DVD I ordered. But that is what I got. I think I know why. I went back to their site to reorder the one I had ordered and I no longer see it available. I just wonder how this happened. If they were supposed to ship 4 movies and only 3 were in there I could see the workers not noticing the whole order was not in there. But how do they grab an empty package and not question why it is like that?

But I contacted CZW about it and CZW not only sent me that DVD at no shipping charge but they also included their most recent show on DVD too for free. |

It's because the DVD you ordered was "Detroit Lions Super Bowl Highlights". You deserved an empty envelope for that decision, LOL.
