The Betrayer's TOTAL BETRAYAL clarifications

The Betrayer's TOTAL BETRAYAL (a cobra clutch hold) says "this is a finishing move on roll of 2-7 plus or minus opponent's power rating. Otherwise, it is an Add 1 move."

Got a couple of questions to see if I'm getting it right:

• The intention is that the roll is harder the stronger the opponent is, right? So the power rating modifies the 7 part? E.g. Minotaur has power of -3 so TOTAL BETRAYAL would be a finishing blow on a roll of 2-4 if he was the opponent?
• If it's just an Add 1 move, what's the next chart to roll on? The opponent's L3D or The Betrayer's L3O? None of the above? Both?

You have the first part correct.

If it's an add 1, wrestler rolls on level 3 defense.

You bet. She Devil just defeated Phantasy for the GWF Women's Champion, since there were only six of them, hopefully 2120 onwards beefs up the female roster a little bit more. Still some maatches to get through for the Tag Team and GFW Champion belts

Nice, looking forward to the other four then. I was thinking of just lumping them in the rankings with the boys but they mostly only occupied the lower "lowcarder" part of my spreadsheet, so I just separated them. And there was that vacant GWF Women's Champion title anyway.
