I think South's best chance at a win will be in a special match that has an insta-win option instead of having to roll your PIN. Tables, maybe?

15. George South vs Eddie Gilbert: Dog Collar Match. Memphis, Tennessee
George wins initiative! George with a headlock, he's got the chain around Gilbert's throat, choking him to near unconsciousness! George lands a knee drop, Gilbert rolls outside for a breather! Eddie smashes George into the announcers table!
Back in the ring, Gilbert smashes George with a beer bottle!(+1) DDT by Gilbert! Eddie goes for a pin (p6r8) Gilbert hits George with what looks like brass knuckles! Eddie covers again (p7r9)
George kicks out! The crowd is cheering George on!!! George turns around, right into a HOTSHOT!!
Eddie covers (p8r3) and Gilbert wins! Gilbert is in shock that George gave him such a fight!
Gilbert leaves the ring. George works his way eventually back to his feet, and receives a standing ovation!

We catch up with George in Houston, Texas, at a tattoo convention, double duty tonight!
16. George South vs Mark Henry
George grabs a headlock, and hits a suplex!! George goes for a drop kick, but Henry shrugs it off, and hits WORLD'S STONGEST SLAM for the win!
Winner via pinfall: Mark Henry
Later in the evening:
17. George South vs Larry Zbyszko
South puts Larry down with a back elbow! Zbyszko hits a neck breaker for a pin (p5r8). George hits a neck breaker drop and goes for a pin (p3r7). George goes to the top rope, and hits a flying clothesline! Larry reverses momentum, he hits a drop kick, grabs George, and hits PILEDRIVER for an automatic win!
