Bad News: my Contacts In my phone all disappeared again.
Good news: Apple seems to have figured out the problem so it won’t happen again.
Bad news: I have to renter all my previous Contacts(including from those of you here who resent me your phone numbers last week, right now I have Zero Contacts in my phone.)
Last January I lost my cell phone in Los Angeles and Verizon was supposed to kill it, but apparently they did not. Apple found out that somebody found it and got lucky by getting the 4 digit login key (although it took them 9 months to finally guess it) to gain access to my phone and they deleted all my contacts and added their own Contacts (which I have deleted.).
It was somebody in Los Angeles as that person put a LA area zip code for the phone number they put on my lost phone. But that phone is useless as Apple showed me they killed the phone (which Verizon was supposed to do last January.)
So the problem has been resolved but if I had your phone number and if you want me to still have your phone number you need to send me that info (even if you sent it to me last week) via a PM here, via a text, via a Facebook message, via an Email, etc.
I am sorry for the inconvenience and I am sorry if I have missed any of your recent calls (without my Contacts I had not answered my phone much the past week because right now it is usually election officials wanting me to do yet another survey.). Zeke

Glad they finally fixed the issue, Zeke. It has been solved in that they are able to stop the problem from reoccurring, but I still need to reinput my Contacts as they could not recover them for me this time.
