Which wrestlers from the GWF could conceivably make a brief comeback in 2087?
I'm planning a storyline currently with Mighty Grogan (left GWF in 2086 to focus on the Olympics) where he makes a surprise return and then challenges Wolf and Executioner for the next 4 cards (2 matches each), with a final Three-way match. Then he sort of decides that yes, both Wolf and Executioner are doing good, before he leaves again.
But are there other wrestlers that might be fun to have return even temporarily during 2087? I guess I already did something like this with Duke of Destruction and Red Talon, but they're both now part of my 2087 roster, albeit on opposite sides from their previous side (Duke is now trying the Heroes' side, while Red Talon's signed up with the Villains; this would also give me an out when the year ends where the two might decide that it isn't really working out and leave as per canon).
Anyway, I would love to hear everyone's thoughts. Thanks in advance!

Great question! I probably wouldn't bring back Torin Caelum, KO Keller, Jammer, Screw, or Ricken Prince - and Santon for obvious reasons. Bringing back Sin might make Thantos an unintended babyface - so you might want to leave Polarity and Vice on the shelf. Seeing as how Big Superstar took his ball and went home, he might not be worth revisiting either. But, as always, it's up to you promoter!

Just always had good matches for me with some nice upsets along the way while never being a danger to the top guys. Solid utility player for sure. That said, yeah, leave the mime on the shelf, haha.

How about the Code Enforcer? I realize for ease of use, I'd just be pulling their cards from the Early Classics printables so ideally someone with a card version near enough to 2087 that it can be used without changes.
Hmm. Or it might give me an excuse to use those rules that simulate wrestler skills deterioting while away? If I can remember where I saw them 😅

Horrible.. Terrible...Mimic is always the answer for 2087 comebacks. What's next?! Torpor bashing? Silvar sucks chant's?!!! This is out of hand.

Mimic is awesome.
Also he left at the very beginning of 87 so he's one of the easiest to use if you wish.
