USA Wrestling 2.22
Gorilla and The Brain welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event of Johnny Valentine vs. The Sheik to determine the #1 contender to the American Heritage Championship. Gorilla throws it to ring announcer Gary Michael Cappetta.
1. Billy Wicks vs. Randy Rose
Randy Rose gets in Cappetta’s face and Wicks makes him pay for it. Wicks and Rose battle back and forth. Rose nails Wicks with a clothesline for a two count. Rose gives Wicks a beating but Wicks fights from underneath and locks on the abdominal stretch. Rose taps out.
Winner - Billy Wicks by submission
Lance Russell catches up with Wicks after the match. Wicks says he’s proud of his mentor Strangler Lewis winning the gold but reiterates that he’ll handle Stan Hansen on his own when the time comes. Russell throws it back to the booth and Gorilla introduces the next match.
2. Bruiser Brody vs. Jim Brunzell
Brody steamrolls Brunzell and hits a one hand body slam for a two count. Brody hits a running leg drop for the win.
Winner - Bruiser Brody by pinfall
Gorilla puts over Bruiser Brody and goes over the list of Vermont and New Hampshire towns USA Wrestling will be visiting soon. The Brain introduces the next match.
3. Sputnik Monroe vs. Fritz Von Goering
Monroe and Von Goering battle back and forth. Monroe gets some momentum going and hits the Neckbreaker but can’t get the three count. Monroe hits a second neckbreaker for the win.
Winner - Sputnik Monroe by pinfall
Gorilla praises Sputnik Monroe and The Brain introduces the main event.
4. Johnny Valentine vs. The Sheik with Abdullah Farouk
The Sheik and Valentine come out swinging. Valentine drills The Sheik with a forearm hammer for a two count. Valentine hits the Atomic Skullcrusher but the Sheik will not stay down. Valentine hits a second Atomic Skullcrusher but can’t put the Sheik away. The Sheik turns the tide and opens up Valentine’s forehead with a foreign object and covers him for a two count. The Sheik and Valentine battle outside the ring and Valentine comes out on top. Valentine nails The Sheik with a chop to the chest and covers him for a two count. Valentine hits a third Atomic Skullcrusher but the Sheik gets his foot on the ropes before the three count. The Sheik makes a comeback but Valentine chops him back down to size. The Sheik rolls out of the ring. Valentine and The Sheik brawl all over the ring area but the referee lets it go. Valentine breaks the count and he and The Sheik continue brawlling. The Sheik gets the upper hand and rolls Valentine back into the ring. The Sheik locks on the camel clutch but can’t get the submission. The Sheik works on Valentine’s neck and locks on the camel clutch a second time but Valentine fights his way to the ropes. The Sheik hits a couple elbow drops to Valentine’s back and neck and locks on the camel clutch a third time. Valentine taps out.
Winner - The Sheik by submission! The Sheik will wrestle the American Heritage Champion in three weeks!
Gorilla and the Brain sign off and plug next week’s main event, the rubber match between Strangler Lewis and Jim Londos for the American Heritage Championship.

USA Wrestling 2.23
Gorilla and the Brain welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event. Gorilla throws it to Lance Russell standing by with Bill White in the ring.
White says Sabu looks dangerous but he knows he can beat him. Sabu attacks White from behind and tries hitting him with a chair but White avoids the chairshot and plasters Sabu with the chair! Russell gets out of the ring and the timekeeper rings the bell.
1. Bill White vs. Sabu
White throws Sabu out of the ring and the two men brawl on the floor. Sabu gets the upper hand and rolls White back into the ring. Sabu hits the Triple Jump Moonsault for the win.
Winner - Sabu by pinfall
The Brain is unsure about Sabu but likes his style. Gorilla introduces the next match with photographer Mike Lano at ringside.
2. Al Snow vs. Scott Casey
Casey gets the jump on Snow at the opening bell and hits a backbreaker for a two count. Casey throws Snow out of the ring. Snow goes on the run and Casey chases him. Snow pulls Lano in the way and Casey plows into him. Snow rolls Casey back into the ring and hits the Snow Plow for a two count. Snow wears Casey down with the dragon sleeper and hits another Snow Plow for the win.
Winner - Al Snow by pinfall
The Brain says he likes Snow’s tactics. Gorilla throws it to Lance Russell standing by with Jim Londos. Londos says he’s going to regain the title and surpass his old title reign. John Pesek interrupts the interview and tells Londos to watch himself. Londos and Pesek stare each other down but no punches are thrown. Russell throws it back to Gorilla who introduces the next match.
3. Angelo Poffo vs. JJ Dillon
Poffo gets the early advantage and drills Dillon with a knee lift for a two count. Poffo hits a running stomp for a two count. Poffo nails JJ with a neckbreaker for the win.
Winner - Angelo Poffo by pinfall
Gorilla says tough luck for JJ Dillon and introduces the main event.
4. Strangler Lewis with John Pesek vs. Jim Londos with Angelo Poffo - American Heritage Championship
Gorilla notes that Jim Londos brought Angelo Poffo with him to watch his back against Lewis’ enforcer, John Pesek. Lewis and Londos grapple back and forth. Londos hits a crotch lift and slam but Lewis is quickly back on his feet. The match spills out of the ring and Lewis takes control. Lewis and Londos battle back and forth. Lewis hits the Strangler’s Headlock for a two count. Lewis hits the bear hug power bomb for another two count. Lewis hits the Strangler’s Headlock but Londos gets his foot on the ropes. Lewis shifts gears and locks on the double wristlock but Londos fights his way out of the hold. Lewis hits another Strangler’s Headlock for the win.
Winner - Strangler Lewis by pinfall, his first title defense
After the match, John Pesek locks on armlock on Londos but Poffo fights him off. Londos and Pesek get into a shoving match but the referee gets between them.
Gorilla and the Brain thank the fans for watching and invite them to tune in next week.

USA Wrestling 2.24
Gorilla and The Brain welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event of Jim Londos vs. John Pesek. Gorilla introduces the first match and referee Joey Marella.
1. Tony Anthony vs. Billy Wicks
Anthony takes over early on and hits Wicks with a clothesline for a two count. Anthony hits the Bucksnort Blaster but Wicks gets his foot on the ropes before the three count. Anthony beats up Wicks on the outside and things look grim. Wicks makes a comeback and hits a bulldog for a two count. Anthony gets the upper hand but misses a turnbuckle charge and Wicks rolls him up for a two count. Anthony turns things around and hits another Bucksnort Blaster but still can’t put Wicks away. Wicks and Anthony battle back and forth. Wicks throws Anthony to the mat with a waistlock suplex and locks on the double wristlock. Anthony taps out.
Winner - Billy Wicks by submission
Gorilla puts over the big win by Billy Wicks and says he’s out of his slump. The Brain throws it to Bill Apter standing by with William Muldoon. Muldoon says he has some overseas commitments to fulfill but he’ll be back in USA Wrestling full time in a couple weeks. Apter throws it back to Gorilla who introduces the next match.
2. Henry Irslinger vs. Big Bully Busick
Irslinger takes Busick to school and quickly locks on the scissors hold. Busick can’t escape and taps out.
Winner - Henry Irslinger by submission
The Brain says Irslinger’s luck will run out one of these days. Gorilla says we have some extra time this week and introduces the next match.
3. Tracy Smothers vs. Fritz Von Goering
Von Goering gets the momentum early on and hits a knee drop to the throat for a two count. Smothers makes a comeback and hits a running crossbody for a two count. Smothers nails Von Goering with a Jawjacker but can only get a two count. Von Goering dodges a turnbuckle charge and rolls Smothers up for a two count. Von Goering nails Smothers with a backbreaker but can’t put him away. Von Goering hits a second backbreaker for the win.
Winner - Fritz Von Goering by pinfall
The Brain puts over Von Goering and Gorilla shakes his head and introduces the next match.
4. Austin Idol vs. Yukon Eric
Idol gets the early advantage and works on Eric’s knee. Yukon Eric makes a comeback and throws Idol all over the ring. Eric downs Idol with a Woodsman’s Chop and hits the Kodiak Krunch for a two count. Idol makes a comeback and hits a clothesline for a two count. Idol wears down Eric with a sleeper hold. Eric and Idol battle back and forth. Eric hits another Woodsman’s Chop for a two count. Idol rolls out of the ring for a breather and Eric comes out after him. Idol slams Eric’s leg into the ring steps and rolls him back into the ring. Idol locks on the Las Vegas Leglock and Eric taps out.
Winner - Austin Idol by submission
The Brain says Austin Idol might be his new favorite wrestler. Gorilla introduces the main event.
5. Jim Londos vs. John Pesek
Londos gets the early advantage. He flattens Pesek with the crotch lift and slam and locks on the Boston Crab but Pesek gets to the ropes. Pesek makes a comeback but Londos shuts him down with another crotch lift and slam and a fireman’s carry slam. Londos hits another crotch lift and slam and locks on a grinding armbar. Pesek taps out.
Winner - Jim Londos by submission
After the match, Pesek attacks Londos from behind and locks on the scissors and wristlock. Security manages to pry him off Londos but Londos’ wrist is bent at a disgusting angle.
The Brain and Gorilla shudder and thank the fans for tuning in. They plug next week’s main event of Strangler Lewis vs. The Sheik for the American Heritage championship.

USA Wrestling 2.25
Gorilla and The Brain welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event of Strangler Lewis vs. The Sheik for the USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship. They announced that Jim Londos will be out for six weeks due to John Pesek’s attack. Pesek is suspended indefinitely. Gorilla introduces the first match and referee James Beard.
1. Tommy Gilbert vs. Rod Fenton
Fenton and GIlbert battle back and forth. Fenton uses illegal tactics one too many times and Beard calls for the bell.
Winner - Tommy Gilbert by DQ
The Brain says Fenton was robbed and Gorilla just shakes his head. Gorilla throws it to Lance Russell standing by with Billy Wicks. Wicks says he was appalled by John Pesek’s actions last week and says Strangler Lewis should be ashamed of himself. Lewis interrupts the interview and says the only thing he’s ashamed of is losing. Wicks says once he beats Stan Hansen, he’s going to test himself against the Strangler. Lewis says he’ll be waiting. Lance Russell throws it back to Gorilla Monsoon who introduces the next match.
2. Sabu vs. The Painkiller
Sabu unloads on the Painkiller and locks on the Camel Clutch but the Painkiller won’t submit. Sabu hits two Arabian Facebusters and the referee calls for the bell.
Winner - The Painkiller by DQ
The Brain says Sabu is crazy and doesn’t care if he wins or not. Gorilla runs down a list of Maryland towns USA Wrestling will be visiting soon and The Brain sneers at every one. Gorilla introduces the next match.
3. Larry Zbyszko vs.Johnny Valentine
Valentine and Zbyszko battle back and forth. Valentine chops Zbyszko bloody and covers him for a two count. Valentine hits a forearm hammer for the win.
Winner - Johnny Valentine by pinfall
Gorilla and The Brain comment on Valentine’s viciousness. Gorilla introduces the main event.
4. Lewis vs. The Sheik with Abdullah Farouk - American Heritage Championship
Lewis and The Sheik come out throwing bombs. The two men battle back and forth and are clearly swinging for the fences. The Sheik gets some momentum going and gnaws on Lewis’ forehead before covering him for a two count. The Sheik locks on the Camel Clutch but Lewis escapes the hold. The Sheik unleashes a fireball while Farouk distracts the referee. Billy Wicks runs down to ringside as The Sheik covers Lewis. Wicks pulls the referee out of the ring and attacks the Sheik. The referee calls for the bell.
Winner - The Sheik by DQ
Lewis nods in approval at Wicks as the referee raises the Sheik’s hand.
Gorilla and the Brain sign off and tell the fans not to miss next week's main event when Sputnik Monroe takes on Bruiser Brody for a shot at the American Heritage Championship.

Gorilla and The Brain welcome the fans to the show and plug the main event of Sputnik Monroe vs. Bruiser Brody to determine who gets the next shot at the USA Wrestling American Heritage Championship. Gorilla introduces the first match and referee Joey Marella.
1. Stan Hansen vs. Mikey Whipwreck
Hansen tries to intimidate Mikey at the opening bell but Mikey isn’t having it. Hansen and Mikey battle all over the ring area. Mikey hits a Russian Leg Sweep for a two count. Hansen makes a comeback and hits a slingshot elbow drop for a two count. Hansen clobbers Mikey with the Lariat for a two count.
Winner - Stan Hansen by pinfall
Gorilla puts over Stan Hansen and mentions a list of Texas towns USA Wrestling will be visiting soon. The Brain introduces the next match.
2. The Crusher vs. David Taylor
Taylor gets the early advantage and hits the British Suplex for a two count. Taylor works over The Crusher and hits another British Suplex but can’t put the Crusher away. Taylor hits a third British Suplex but the Crusher won’t stay down. Taylor hoists The Crusher up and hits the gorilla press gutbuster but The Crusher kicks out. The Crusher makes a comeback and locks on the Crusher Nelson. Taylor fights his way out of the hold. The Crusher winds up and hits the Crusher Bolo and covers Taylor for a two count. The Crusher locks on a stomach claw and Taylor submits.
Winner - The Crusher by pinfall
Lance Russell catches up with The Crusher after the match. The Crusher challenges the Sheik to a falls count anywhere match so they can settle things once and for all. Russell throws it back to Gorilla. Gorilla says The Crusher may have his work cut out for him and The Brain introduces the next match.
3. Jim Duggan vs. Red Berry
Duggan has Berry on the run early on but Berry turns things around and locks on a reverse arm scissors. Duggan manages to escape the hold. Duggan makes a comeback and hits a spinning body slam for a two count. Duggan hits the Flying Spear for the win.
Winner - Jim Duggan by pinfall
The Brain says Red Berry was robbed. Gorilla scoffs and introduces the main event.
4. Sputnik Monroe vs. Bruiser Brody - #1 contender
Brody runs over Monroe and hits the jumping knee drop for a two count. Monroe gets the better of Brody after a brawl outside the ring. Monroe hits a neckbreaker for a two count. Monroe and Brody battle back and forth. Brody hits a clothesline for a two count. Brody hits a running leg drop for a two count. Brody hits a jumping knee drop for the win.
Winner - Bruiser Brody by pinfall!
Gorilla puts over the big win by Bruiser Brody and announces next week’s main event will be Strangler Lewis vs. Bruiser Brody for the American Heritage Championship!
