And that 637-part series with Harlem Heat...ugh. That feud just kept going and going and going because WCW only had 3 real tag teams (them and the Blue Bloods). I remember feeling this way too, Pete! I wasn't the hater of the Nasties that Chad is but I definitely got sick of them. And that series with Harlem Heat, whom I did like, took forever. I really wanted to see someone else get in their and challenge for the belts!

Really enjoyed the group watch... Watching the Steiner Bro's in their prime as a team is something no wrestling fan should miss -- To anyone that says that pro wrestling is "fake", these two athletes make a fine counter argument. And I'm with you, stu... I LIVE for eggnog season! Cheers! Pariah, I always knew you were a man of refined tastes and a class act!!

Fun episode. Just when I was about to send in a question asking if Chad would do the stats for Nasty Boys if they were signed he said he’d want them in the game. I respect that. Great episode.

Nobbs and Saggs have popped up at conventions I frequent every now and again. I had to tell a friend of mine to stand perfectly still least he walk right into Nobbs by accident. Another time, they were last minute substitutes for a guest who had to cancel at the first convention some friends of mine run. And... it didn't go well, and Chad's issues with them reminded me very much of my friends' experiences. I'd love to get them in the game, but I'm not sure I have the fortitude to approach them about it!

Speaking of Knobbs, he was on my flight home to Las Vegas from San Jose after Mania Weekend 2015.
Knobbs got on the plane at the last minute and did not sit anywhere near me, but he was there for some reason.

I didn't hate the Nasty Boys but totally agree that they didn't have a long shelf life. Steiners match at Havoc and maybe their first WWF Tag Title run in 1991, which my only real highlight is them being the ones that lost to LOD to give them the Tag Team Triple Crown of being NWA, AWA, & WWF Tag Champs. Everything else I could leave right at the door.
By the time 1993 rolled around, they felt stale and their gimmick very dated. They just never changed and just seemed obnoxious.
However, I would welcome them in the game as any tag division needs some depth and hopefully they reflect their "prime" so to speak.

The Nasty Boys. I could never tell if Bebop & Rocksteady were based on them or were they based on Bebop & Rocksteady. One of the most over pushed tag teams of all time. I get a Nasty sensation every time I watch them wrestle.

Always shared the same thoughts as Chad on the Nasty Boys as I just wasn't a fan of their style. But after listening to Jeff Jarrett's podcast I wasn't a fan of him either but now getting to understand that was the point. He was a heel and the Nasty's are just doing their job to get as much heat as possible.
Maybe it's that or nah I just wasn't a fan.
